Ordered a couple of tyres and recieved confirmation and delivery date. Date of delivery arrived and no tyres arrived. Contacted the company who advised me that they did not have the tyre in stock and were unable to fulfill the order. Would have been nice to have been informed this earlier so I could have ordered from another supplier.

Advertised stock that didn’t exist. Comms were really poor for nearly a week. Finally a lady called Ann called and was really helpful to be fair but the poor comms to that point were disappointing.
