I like them. Bought a chain cleaner. Delivery took 6 working days, not bad for COVID time. Unfortunately it turned out to be broken, just a small piece of plastic came out which made it's impossible to lock cleaner properly. An item was in a moulded pack so I guess it was difficult to spot a defect at the time of sending. Sent them a photo with an explanation. Quickly got a reply with a promise to send a new one and it's exactly what they did. Although I lost some time, but we all know that such things happen, it's more important for me how Company handle a situation. This one acted fast, fair and reasonable so wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Recommended
