The initial parr of the process was fine. Staff were great, we agreed a price once all the pictures were videos were reviewed. Collection day a driver arrives and states he has to take more pictures and submit them. We receive a call shortly after taking more than a third of the initial price. This is after multiple statements of 'Price agreed' and 'no more bartering'. They also mentioned by name 'webuyanycar' as the example of company's that knock down your price. Not impressed and wouldn't recommend. Shady and sly company.

Got in touch with motordough when we were trying to sell our Audi A4. Had some discussions about price and after showing pics Ash came up with a price we were happy with. The next morning Brad came and collected the car. He looked round it, made us feel at ease and explained the whole process. He was happy the offer given was ok and within 10 minutes the money was transferred into my bank account. Great service and I would definitely recommend them 100%!!

Absolute waste of time. Called me after I enquired online (not that I remember doing it) Asked if I’d had any other offers on the car - told them I had offers of £18k-20k but was looking for more. Reiterated this twice. I was asked to send photos for them to review which I did. Called me back the next day and said my car was worth £15k. Which is absolutely laughable, and at least £3k less than the cheapest model (and significantly lower spec) on auto trader. Tried telling me that the other offers I received would have been chipped down and Motor Dough don’t do that. The price the offer is the price they pay. Not surprised when they offer silly money.
