Was recommended Motordough by a family member and decided to try them for selling my car. Offered me by far the best price and stood by that price from minute one right until the transferred it to my account. Jamie who dealt with my car sale was top quality and went above and beyond to deliver me the best price for my car and ensured I had an easy ride in selling my car. I would say I was very sceptical about selling my car to a motor buying company but after my experience I’d say motordough is the company to do it with!

I have sent the all the photos to the sell guys via WhatsApp. They only give me the price verbally over the phone but rejected to text me the price. After serval days he called me back again if I interest to sell my car and I told him as I got better price with others company. The sell guys said I am wasting his time and dropped my line

Spoke with Jamie the day before after being messed about by other car auction websites. He was very pleasant to speak with and gave us a fair price for our car. Came to collect today, good communication throughout and after checking our car matched the photos sent no silly negotiation on price and money was paid straight into our bank and was there within a few minutes. Quick simple to sell my dads car on his behalf due to my dad unable to do it he’s self got a phone call from Sam I gave him much information has possible that I knew off. Arrange a time and date to collect because I wasn’t there myself I they had to speak to me and my mum first to get the transfer completed and to make sure everything was legit. Well happy with the price. I spoke to ash to do the payment and Callum called me to confirm what time he was arriving everything went smoothly.

I did my valuation on line on Tuesday 26th March late at night and next morning I got a phone call back from a very polite and pleasant gentleman who explained everything in a very easy and understanding way..the process was extremely easy and could have had car picked up on Thursday and I wasn't available..picked up today by another very pleasant gentleman..he did what he had to do and the money was transferred within 5 minutes and he didn't leave until the money had gone into my account . excellent service from start to finish

A highly professional polite and pleasant service all the way through from Jamie and Will who handled my calls , all the way through to Dean who picked up the vehicle. It was a quick sale at a fair price with no unexpected price reductions that you experience with other similar services. The whole process was quick and painless. I would definitely use these guys again when I need a quick sale.

I filled in an online form on their website with my vehicle reg number, which clearly indicated the make model and type of my vehicle. Almost instantly I get a SMS msg stating they're interested in buying my vehicle and ask me to call them. A sales person sent me whole load of information request - photos, documentation etc. I spent the next 2 hours gathering everything and I send it over. I then get a msg stating their valuation team came back stating they can't buy my vehicle due to 'market struggles'!!

From the first call with Aaron to the vehicle being collected by Don, my whole experience with Motor Dough was fantastic. Loved Aarons straight talking ethic, 'Be honest with us and we'll be honest with the price' True to his word and kept me fully informed throughout the process. Would definitely use Motor Dough again to sell a vehicle.

Couldn’t recommend Motordough enough. I had been round the houses through different car buying companies who were offering weird and wonderful prices. Despite them being the experts you know yourself what you think your car is worth and the other websites weren’t even close, trust your gut and research. When I called Motordough I spoke on the phone with Adam who not only spoke about buying my car but gave his own experiences of cars that he’s drove , common problems on other cars and tips and tricks regarding buying another vehicle through his experience in Motordough. This is not part of Motordoughs service to extended their customer service outside of the fact they’re buying my car but this is the calibre of Adam’s personable service, he was super chatty and super helpful and came back with an amazing offer on my car that I couldn’t refuse, most definitely higher than other websites which I had previously happily turning down. Callum came to collect the car and again was just like Adam. A refreshing thing was that the vehicle collector is part of Motordough as opposed to an external courier. He was super chatty. (Word of advice , if you’re someone who likes anecdotal stories then just ask Callum about anything and I’m sure he’ll have a funny story to tell you about it.) He was super personable , super chatty , comes equipped with a strange Barnsley accent which makes the whole process even more enjoyable. Callum was super respectful of your personal preference as for how he goes about his procedure of collection. I was sceptical about selling my car this way but I KNOW I’ll be back to Motordough, there’s no two ways about it. Thank you for restoring my faith in this way of selling a vehicle.
