AVOID AT ALL COSTS Was lowballed an offer of 7k. When the car is all over autotrader for 10k private. After declining to accept, I later received a message asking to buy the car. Called them to be told they aren't interested and the message was automatic and that all they would increase is £200. Motorway estimate offer is 8.6k I called back as they told me they found service history so I asked for it and suddenly they can't find my account however in the end agreed to send it. Called up again as they didn't send it to be told they can't send it due to DPA? DPA against myself? After they could ask me DPA questions to prove I am me. They seem to lose interest after you don't accept their poor offer. Went into mercedes and they gave it to me instantly and said this company was wrong by not providing it.

Recently sold my car with motordough and i cant believe how easy it was. I dealt with Dom over the phone who was very helpful and had my car picked up by Callum the next day. Callum was very friendly and didnt leave with my car until the money was in my account, which only took a couple of minutes. Highly reccommended 👍

The whole process was really easy. Sam contacted me and we discussed the condition of the car. I sent some photos and details and they sent me a quote. We arranged pickup and Dean arrived at my house, checked everything was okay and I got the price they said they'd pay immediately and they took the car away. No having to go to them, no transaction fees. Sam and Dean were both excellent throughout. I'll be using Motordough again in the future!

MotorDough Absolutely would recommend them 💯 very thorough very quick, amazing customer service face to face and in person very helpful, on the phone and when coming to collect car, would definitely use them again. Can’t say how thankful I am with their patience while trying to look after my daughter and sort pictures out for car etc, very helpful via phone and in person. If you’re looking to get rid of a car fast and want cash at the same speed, look no further. They even won’t take the logbook until money is in your account, but the lads are MORE than trustworthy, I gave them the book and had the money in my account within 5 minutes. Couldn’t sell my car to them due to it having some unexpected issues but their service was great and they made a decent offer to still purchase the car. Dealt with Jamie mostly and he was absolutely considerate. Highly recommend this company.
