Great service. very handy, friendly and efficient.

This was my first time to use this or any webchat doc service, 8 year old was complaining of a stomach pain so to avoid going to gp I used app. How the app works is perfect however the obvious shortcomings of this service meant I still had to go to my gp as he could not examine my son. I still found this useful for advice and I am sure some issues can be resolved of the web without a further trip to gp.

This is a great service. I was unable to make an appointment at my GP clinic and thought I would use the video doctor for the first time. The wait was not long and the doctor was great. I couldn't believe how my prescription was sent to my pharmacy and sick cert emailed to me. This is an excellent facility and would highly recommend it

Great experience. I needed an antibiotic for a chest infection on a Sunday, GP had a consultation with me, forwarded my prescription to my nearest pharmacist and it was ready 30 minutes later.

This is my second time using video doc , I can’t recommend it enough , the service was excellent .You can talk with a doctor in the comfort of you’r own home and are seen to within 20 mins , there’s no more calling the doctors and getting the answer “unfortunately we are fully booked for today” ! Both doctors I seen were extremely helpful and I would be recommending this to friends and family

This is the best idea ever! So handy! My son woke up on Wednesday with 39.5 fever and tonsilitis. Unable to swollow anything. Phoned to see a doctor. Fully booked till Monday. All of them in d area. Lady suggested dub doc and I would have to go to James's hospital, would have to take a taxi ,as I don't drive, 50e both ways plus doctor visit 60e plus prescription 15e. Then I decided to try video doc for the first time. Registered myself and my son in 5 min, requested to see a doctor. In 15 minutes I got notification that my doctor is ready to see my son. This lovely lovely lady doctor asked several questions, she even looked into my son's throat using the camera in my phone. 5 minutes and we were done. In 30 minutes I got text that the prescription is ready at my local pharmacy. I've saved 80e and a lot of time and hustle! This is so great. Definitely will be using video doc again! Absolutely recommend to everyone!
