I found this to be a very useful service. Within less than 10 minutes of requesting a call, I received a call from the doctor who answered all my questions and gave clear instructions and put me at ease. Would definitely use this service again.

This is an incredible service. I was far from home working and feeling unwell. I had a consultation within 3 mins and a prescription within 30 mins at my local pharmacy. I also saved myself €22 in a reduced consultation fee.

The service was excellent but the video wouldn’t work on the app and the doctor had to call me normally.

The doctor was lovely and my medical issue was solved. My main problem was I couldn't hear the lady very well at all and I had the same trouble before. I don't think this is due to my laptop as I haven't had problems with sound using skype or other services so I'm not sure why this is happenning but it made the consultation difficult to hear.

It was excellent, didn’t have to wait too long and my prescription was ready early the morning. Loved the confirmation text and receiving an email with info. Great service!
