As a first time user I found the whole online experience absoutly amazing. I was physically unable to go to the doctors and I think this concept will work for alot of people. The doctor was very experienced, confident and easy to talk to. I would recommend this to anyone.

I am fairly new to videodoc having moved from PushDoctor because of a negative experience. The consultation part of the process was okay, the doctor was fantastic. But the follow up was awful. I was told to go to my local pharmacy after 15 minutes and ended up being sat there for 2 hours. When I rang to ask what was going on I was met with a pathetic list of excuses as to why it hadn't been send through. the pharmacy staff chased it and said they had had three calls to ask them the fax number, even thought the fax number was identical to the phone. If you have an ounce of sense you will go elsewhere. I asked for somebody to complain to and have never heard one word from them. avoid at all costs!

It was a great service as I got sick on a bank holiday weekend and was due to go on holidays. Just a matter of downloading the app and following instructions. Only took about half an hour and I had my prescription delivered to my local pharmacy.

The doctor had very little knowledge of which cough bottles which are safe to use when breastfeeding and immediately wanted to prescribe an inhaler. Would not recommend this service to any breastfeeding mother.
