Excellent service

Very efficient and helpful service, had consultation, diagnosis and prescription sent to pharmacy within the hour.

Good service. Much better than waiting for a GP appointment if online consultation would do. Perhaps a 15 minute wait in my case.

It was quite handy and great resource in case when you do not get GP appointment. At the moment, I am not sure whether online doctors refer any prescription medicine or not or could be it was not relevant for my problem.

Excellent. May have helped that I had an obvious issue with my voice (possibly tonsillitis), but process was easy to use, was able to send a prescription to a local chemist, and provide a note for work all without having to leave the house. Wait time was also very reasonable.

Doctor was nice but gave me the wrong information. He advised me to go to hospital and sent me referral letter. Doctor said with the referral letter it was free at hospital, but actually at hospital don't admit referral letters from vhi online doctor. I was no prepare to pay 100 eur :(
