They could not provide a referral letter for my Xray but apart from that it was very efficient

Very good service, was visiting my daughter in Blessington, had am allergic reaction, my skin got a very bad rash, couldn't see my regular doctor, had a video consultation, it took 20 minutes the doctor faxed the prescription to the pharmacy collected it straight away, two days later I was all sorted, the cream sorted it out straight away.

First time using the online Doctor- great experience even though I had my doubts.... but very easy to talk to Doctor who will also liaise with your GP. Great.

Service was easy to use and only waited about 10 minutes for the consultation. The doctor obviously couldn't exam my son but he put my mind at ease throughout the call. Will definitely use again 😁😁

The doctor gave me good advice and I received my prescription the following day. I didn't however receive the medical certificate that I required for work which the doctor had told me I would so I have to follow up on that.

No problem with the doctor but the service itself is limited. Needed to see a Doctor in person afterwards so I feel a visual is all that could be catered for .

I received a call back within 10 min. The doctor listened me carefully, asked additional questions, prescribed medications. In few days i felt much better. It's very handy when you don't need to wait hours in gp reception
