Very positive experience, would definitely use again

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor, I was made update my medical history including meds taken when I joined up to call. I needed my prescription for Parlodel 2.5mg and the pill, your doctor couldn't find Parlodel and told me I'd need a bloody pressure reading for the pill - which I understand but why not flag that when inputting my data in the first place. I ended up having to go to my regular doctor so I had to pay you guys 24 euro and my normal GP 60 euro. In fact, I believe I should be refunded for a nothing service ! Helen

I did not feel confident with the doctor who I was speaking too I rang the hospital after speaking to the doctor and they made it clear to me if it was heavy bleeding to come in to them or if the bleeding continued

Doctor was excellent. I was sent to A&E for precaution but turned out fine. Small issue with A&E with referral letter as they only accepted fax, believe it or not. Also if you do get referred make sure the hospital you choose has the relevant equipment for your complaint. Mine didn't have ct scan and meant I had to queue all over again in new hospital.

1st time user and wow found it amazing. My Dr was fab, gave me time and found it was a discussion to figure out my issue which was refreshing compared to any usual GP visits I have had! Definitely recommend this service

Overall experience was fine. Doctors was nice. However, I was given a prescription for an issue and I got sicker. I was given a prescription that is not meant for the issue that I had. Ended up very sick and in an emergency out of hours doctor 4 days later.

Too many useless questions. Also annoying that the doctor wanted to inform my personal GP about my call, absolutely unnecessary, if I wanted my GP I would have not called videoDoc-Online.
