My experience with videoDoc was really great I was contacted fairly quickly after my initial contact and it was easy to discuss my problem with the Dr Naidoo her diagnosis was spot on and I am now recovering well from shingle

The most practical experience I ever had with a doctor, in Ireland, yet. Almost no waiting time, good understanding of the issue, options explained, prescription issue, and sent to the pharmacy of my choice. An effective way to check smaller issues, avoiding long waiting times, and crowded rooms. If only I did not have had to chase the prescription in order to get my tablets, the service would have been perfect. But it forced me to take 3 trips to the pharmacy, which could have been avoided. The chase request was, however, very well handled, and I was notified when the prescription had been sent, by text.

I managed to get the same doctor again and even after all the people they would of seen they remember my face which was nice :) would do online doctor again A+++ service
