Easy ordering and able to select a date for delivery. The produce is amazing and takes me back in time to being a Lancashire lass.

Really really greatful! Greenhalgh's saved my bacon today. Had a really last minute family gathering and they were really helpful and got together the gorgeous multi portion pies I needed to feed the family and bless them they delivered them for me. Thank you again

Massively overpriced and definitely not good enough to warrant it.

Loved the sourdough bread and the low Gi bread I have bought before from a shop in Parbold. But the delivery went to the wrong address, I went looking for it and found it on their doorstep.

Simply very overpriced for what you get . Usually have to wait or not got any pasties when I go in . No longer willing to bother buying pasties here due to the price and until they realise this many refuse to go . Carrs pasties are actually far better and cheaper . I used to enjoy greenhalghs but just never go anymore due to price . Another business that will fail when the people running it dont listen

Pie very salty (paid £19.50 for this). Reported to greenhalghs who stated that unless I could return a piece of the pie(!!) They could do nothing about it. This was bought for a new years eve party and we are frequent purchasers. Very poor customer service

Wow, the selection of low carb / keto options is fantastic. Market leaders in the UK. The breads really do fill that bread need if you are moving over to the low carb way of life permanently for lifestyle choices or health needs. Toast, sandwiches, filled toasted sandwiches, fried bread with an egg and bacon for breakfast... endless options, I'm even going to give bread and butter pudding a go. The scones are a huge hit in our house, topped with clotted cream and mashed raspberries. As are the bread rolls/baps/buns which are perfect for stuffing with a burger, bacon, lettuce and cheese. The multi seed bloomer is great for cold winter soup days, cut a door stop slice and dunk away. Did I mention the pizza bases, awesome. Very filling, whole pizza to yourself or split one and add salad and swede chips. Permanent addition to our shopping list. Express, nominated day delivery works great for us, we batch buy, freeze and work our way down it. The products are unaffected by freezing so far. Customer service team very helpful, excellent communication through the order process. Highly recommend.

We had previously enjoyed the meat and potato large pie but when we booked them for New Year we were disappointed as they were a bit watery and not as much filling.

Highly recommended as the most delicious food, purchased uncooked so it could be frozen into portions /tubs of gravy or for parties. Easy website and very prompt delivery on day of choice. Steak pie and cheese and onion tray bakes and choice of fresh cakes will be on repeat order whenever I am running low. Thank you Greenhalghs it is a great way to receive your goods.

As a northerner I do love a good pie, and Greenhalgh's never fail. I am pretty sure I've tried their entire range, my personal top 3 is the chicken tikka pie, the meat and potato and the butter. My career has involved moving around the UK and being able to get a proper northern pie delivered has been a godsend, especially as southerners don't seem to be able to make decent pies! I've ordered through amazon and direct with the bakery and only ever had one problem, which was sorted straightaway in a friendly and professional manner. And that's not even mentioning the free biscuit I get in my delivery! Best bakers around! 10/10

Popped into my local store today and purchased a sausage and bacon roll, bacon and sausage both cold and the muffin they were on was stale. Not the first issue I have had with this company over the years and unfortunately they are not receptive to criticism at all, having shared my opinion on their Facebook page they decided to block me of which I thought was incredibly childish, I can only imagine that their marketing department is a “one man band” run by someone who has no clue. The cost of my sandwich today with a Pepsi max was £7.10 which is absolutely ridiculous. A greedy company with no morals.

My Wife bought me a Cornish Pasty from the Darwen Branch for my lunch at work, it was burnt and tasted awful. I complained via their site and got a message back I sent them a description and photographs of the Pasty before I threw it in the skip. I got one message back and have heard nothing in over a week. No refund either worse no lunch. Never again it’s Greggs from now on for me. The customer service is as good as the Pasty, Rubbish.
