I have no idea or any way to access the money I have invested. I want to close this account, but I don't know how?! And the program doesn't show you how it is done!

Although the process to invest is an easy one, I’d like to see a little more info on monthly dividends and a more interactive interface for the app. I give DiversyFund 5 stars overall.

I think that you do a great job with the dashboard but I never know if the data is real time. I would like to know when the fund is planning on closing so I can start my 5 year clock so to speak and can plan on getting that money back. I also wish you allowed for a smaller reoccurring investment. I understand having a minimum starting investment but after that having a custom monthly option would make it easier for people just starting their investment portfolio like me to start with something like this. I think you are great at setting clear expectations for a new investor but I would love details on how each peppery is advancing and how this progress is going. The more info I have the better.

Would be nice if a lower monthly investment minimum was offered, if I wanted to set up an automatic investment.

Unclear that you can’t cash money out until properties sell and the final distribution is made. It’s a long term bet...maybe 5 years. App does only one thing...take your money.. a minimum of $500 to invest. There isn’t much else in terms of personal insights...only a basic “News and updates” blog. I made an initial investment and didn’t bother setting up anything recurring, not much motivation to. We’ll see how much return there is in the years to come...

to be honest I read a lot about invest in these things before i did and either i still dont understand it or its a long process in order to gain good returns. but i believe you have to invest at least 500$ every month. So far i regret my 500$ i invested if i could get it back that would be great !

So far I have only gotten 2% return which is a lot less then the 12% they say. Also the first month I got no dividend and I invested before the 15th which they say you need to do to get a dividend that month.

Conceptually this is a great investment for me. My choice of four stars versus five stars in my rating stems from the lack of liquidity and the indeterminate time of the investment. I would prefer a bit more definition around these two areas.

The only downside is i am not in control of my investment do to a 5 years hold not like my other investments that i have full control of my money either depositing or withdrawing. 5 years is too long.

As a first time investor with your company, I am pleased with the return and the portfolio is sound. I will continue to refer your company to my friends.

When I signed up and deposited investment funds, somehow I did it incorrectly and your team was very helpful in making the adjustment to what I wanted done.

No response from anyone at the company after numerous forms of contact. Not having a phone number that is monitored by an actual human is bad

I started with $500 a month later I got a $0.07 dividend a month later. The next month was $2.15 and dividends have increased every month since. I will update my review in a few months after I add more money.

The fund is ok but it could do a little more user friendly. The funds only allow 500 increments. Other funds allow 500 and then you can add 100 increments to that. The android app crashes very often. There is not very informative of how fund is growing , appreciation, etc.

I wish I could see where my money is going... I feel lost.
