I have sent information they requested to open an account, however no one has responded. You cannot get a live voice. They were quick to cash my check. ARS

Great investment for holding and diversifying, for new users you need to be more clear on the time commitment necessary before withdrawing

Beware before investing. No customer service. Funds are directly put in to investment and you're not able to select after. and it's non-liquid so once invested you are tied for unknown amount of period. which is not disclosed up front.

The site is not user friendly at all, no information or message ever sent to investors ! Kind of feel like i just gave 500 bucks away !

While excited about this investment, we are disappointed that we can’t regularly invest smaller amount than $500. Monthly deposits of $100 would fit our budget.

Very little communication. Have no idea what my money is in.

Had the customer support change my email to a different one but still getting email to my old email address.
