What is particularly notable is how easy it is to communicate with them (the owner always responds to emails) and their follow up to make sure you are satisfied with the repair and to work out issues if you are not (I had an issue but it turned out not to be their repair and all is good now). A great resource, particularly if you are our of warranty. I highly recommend them.

United States | 24 November 2015I came in to the store without an appointment, with a broken screen on my iPhone. The staff was polite and reassuring. They took my business right away and my phone was fixed in 30 minutes! They called me to let me know I could come and pick up my phone. My only concern was the cost. I already had a new screen that I brought in with me for them to replace the broken screen with... I think $55 for 30min of labor was a bit pricey! Last year I broke my screen and it cost me $65 for a new screen & labor in 1 hour of time.

United States | 24 November 2015My screen cracked because ipads are pretty weak. I brought it to RockIT Repairs and they put a new screen on it. They also put on some extra hard screen protector which insured it wouldn't break in the future. (It was a little expensive and it took a week longer than they said it would, but the end result outweighed any issues.)

United States | 20 November 2015I came into the establishment three separate times for My iPhone 5c. The first time it took them eight days to repair my screen and homebacking which was fine due to the fact that they had to order parts , but the problems came into play when every other day I was being told the phone was ready for pick up and I would get there and it had never even been touch. Once that situation was straight the phone worked fine for a few minutes and then began to have horrible screen glitches and my phone no longer could vibrate . I tried to just deal with it but I couldnt so That resulted in coming back in . The guys took a look and of course it was a bad ghost screen so they put in a new one and also fixed whatever part that was keeping the phone from vibrating . A few days into the new screen and it started to glitch the very same way which I was then extremely irritated about. I contacted someone who let me know that sometimes the screens take a while to adjust so I left it alone and just dealt with it. Time goes on and I'm sitting down having a picnic lunch with some coworkers and my phone falls out of my pocket , no sweat because I'm sitting down right ? WRONG the entire screen is shattered from a fall that couldn't have been more than an inch . I contacted the business and was told well even though I did have an otter box on the phone cases are not 100% protection and that my warranty will not cover a freak accident as such . So once again I paid them to replace my screen , which was another ghost screen that glitched beyond belief . The phone took a fall , with the same otter box on and the screen is not only shattered but the lcd screen is unresponsive and has pretty bad damage to it too . I finally just gave up and got a new phone . The parts used are clearly not apple products which you should be aware of before considering their service . It is at your own risk to do business with them . I can say , even though they aren't apple products you guys could at least find better sellers , I've done iPad repairs with screens from eBay that are far better quality than the screens used to fix my phone.

United States | 19 November 2015Fixed issue for quoted price ($80) but when did an add on charged ($40), as you would expect, but returned without testing so we had to drive 20 miles round trip to get corrected. Should have a given a $10 credit for inconvenience and it would have been a great experience.

Lleve mi LG G3 con daño por agua y en 2 dias me llamaron para que pasara a recoger el equipo ya funcionando a la perfeccion. Precios razonables y servicio al cliente bilingue. Recomiendo a todos ir a Rockit Repairs cuando tengan sus celulares, video juegos o computadoras dañadas. No creo que exista un mejor lugar para llevar nuestros equipos dañados.

United States | 18 November 2015I was very happy with the way rock it repairs kept me up to date on the progress of my repair. The staff was courteous and responsive. Unfortunately, the wrong face was ordered for my phone and the problem was only realized when I arrived for the repair. After a new part was ordered, I received a message that my part was in and headed back to the shop only to learn that someone mistakenly sent that because the wrong face was still with my ticket. Eventually, the correct part came in and the repair has worked out well.

United States | 18 November 2015I took my phone in for a screen repair. I was told it would be done at 11. I showed up at 1130 and it wasn't done. They said come back in one hour. I came back. It was done. He then checked it in front of me and the home button didn't work. He informed me that he would have to replace it. I left and came back at our agreed upon time. He was no longer there, and someone else tried to charge me full price after he said it would be discounted. I took the phone and started to use it. Realized that the home button didn't recognize my fingerprint. He said that it would no longer work since they replaced the button. That is unacceptable. I then had to get a new phone. They promised me the exact same phone and then when it came in, it wasn't. Definitely a poor experience.

I checked my email bc they said they sent an email and it really had been done. I didn't even have to wait that long to come back! Guys were super nice and very helpful!

United States | 18 November 2015Ive used this service twice and am well pleased with the quality of the repairs and the speed of the turn around time. Last repair amazed me. I brought them a cell phone another service said couldn't be fixed. Not only did they fix it quickly, but when I got the phone back it looked like btand new. I always recommend Rockit repairs to all my friends!!!
