Came here to fix all the Iphones and my Ipad that I cracked the screens on. The price was straight forward with no hidden cost. I was promised to get my stuff within an hour or two, I either get a text or email when they are finished with it. It is always a great turn around. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get any of my electronics fixed! Yes, I definitely recommend this place

Staff is dishonest and performs subpar shoddy work. They do not verify their work and I was given a computer that was NOT fixed properly. Additionally, I was told that a part was ordered yet when I took my computer in another staff member looked on the computer and told me that no part was EVER ordered (talk about having a CASUAL relationship with reality). Additionally the length of time for repair was not congruent with what I was told. I posted a review video showing the poor quality work titled "Rockit Repairs Review Fredericksburg, VA". Avoid using them.

My Playstation 3 had the yellow light of death error, so I took it to them. The staff was friendly and professional. Three days later, they called to tell me it was actually a red light of death and couldn't be fixed. And they still charged me over $100.00 for that information.

My Kindle stopped charging. Read reviews that Rockit Repairs fixes this issue as a lot of people have run into this problem. Their customer service was fine, but about after a month I had the same problem again. I feel like I lost $50. If you fix something, it should stay fixed.

I took my phone in, showed them the problem. They tried most common fix, which didn't work. And then the full ($) fix. But I was warned ahead of time. Same day turn around.

Did not fix the issue. Store had my phone for over a week. When I came to check on it, they had not even ordered the part yet so it was another week to wait for my still broken phone

I've taken all my phones here but the problem is my iPhone 4s the screen got broken so they fixed it for $69.00 then the next day it broke again so within 24hrs I paid twice which is ok I guess now this phone has been fixed by them three times prior so you tell me is it really the phone or is it about keep taking my money so anyway back to this last time so 3 weeks later the screen quit working which was in july so due to financial trouble I had to wait till I had the funds so last week I called they tell me oh noooo you should have called earlier you had a 90 day warranty but as I told them this is a first of telling me because if I had known of course I would've took it in instead of them keep charging me $69.99 six times already for the same phone.

Had a good experience with my ipod touch awhile back, my last experience which was with my ipad is why I had to give this 3 stars than 5. Seemed like they were getting frustrated when I was confused about a situation typing in all caps in their reply email which kinda hurt my feelings because I liked getting my stuff repaired by these guys.

I sent my Samsung S3 in for charging problems with my charging port. That wasn't possible but they did install a wireless charging which works great. That was the only thing wrong but 2 weeks after getting my phone back my screen goes out, seems like sabotage to me. I never had problems with my screen display. That made me wonder did I really need that wireless charge implementation because after I sent it in they called and told me they could not fix charging port and I needed the more expensive wireless technology. Me being a Electronic Technician and Solder Tech at several high tech companies (IBM, Lucent technology and Bellsouth ) this sounded fishy but I wanted the wireless but now I can't even use my S3 so I wasted all that money.

I've used them on several occasions they are professional prompt and friendly. If there are any issues with the job they work quick to make it right. I use them as my preferred screen repair outsource business I run my own computer repair business but send them all my mobile phone repair jobs because they can do it better and faster than even i can. For a good price quick turn around time these are your guys! Cheers!

My wife's phone screen cracked, so I brought it in. A few days later it was ready, but when I picked it up the proximity sensor was going crazy and it couldn't be used, so I took it back. Then I got it back and the touch screen wouldn't work consistently, so I took it back. Then the proximity sensor wasn't working again. Then the touch screen started registering phantom touches all over the surface, dozens per second, so I took it back. After six months of waiting and trying, the phone was still basically unusable. I eventually gave us, and to their credit they refunded my money. After a month into this saga, my parents were visiting and my mom's iPad Mini got a cracked screen. She took it to RockIT, who said they'd have it fixed the next day. The next day it wasn't ready. The day after that they said they'd accidentally ripped a ribbon cable and couldn't repair it so would have to send it off to be repaired. She flew home without it the next day. Then she was contacted to say that it couldn't be repaired and none of her data could be saved.

Quick, friendly, professional, and within budget. When I can't fix it, RockIT is, hands down, my one stop shop!
