United States | 17 November 2015So much easier than dealing with the insurance company where I bought my phone. I broke my screen and they had it fixed in a little over an hour.

United States | 17 November 2015Solved my computer issue on time and at a fair price. They even installed some free cleaner software.

United States | 17 November 2015When I took my ipad in for a new screen, I was expecting for it to take at least a week, but was surprised to learn it would be ready the next day!

United States | 17 November 2015We have had good service with great turn around but the repairs are very expensive.

United States | 17 November 2015When we got the unit back it worked for a couple of days--then would not charge up. I just bought her the newer Kindle Fire. Since the case on the old one had already been jimmied somewhat, I decided to take it apart and found the new battery I had them install while fixing the charging port and not been done quite right. I worked on it myself and a year later it is also working fine. Just looked like they were in too much of a hurry to fix unit, but understand as it was around holiday.

United States | 17 November 2015I've sent several devices in to get screens replaced, etc. Each time, the service is fast and thorough. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future!

United States | 17 November 2015It is important to support small, locally owned businesses especially when the service is great and the prices are fair. All around great people to work with - very congenial and professional. I highly recommend this company. My son had his screen replaced and they were fair to him as well - I was surprised because he was only 17 when he took his phone in for repair. Usually businesses take advantage of young kids - not at RockIt - they treated him well and the repair was done to perfection.

United States | 17 November 2015Came in twice to fix broken/cracked screen of daughter's phone. Both times, service was professional and fast and the quality of service was fantastic. I frequently recommend RockIT Repairs to friends and coworkers.

United States | 17 November 2015But not cheap. We can't have all three. They checked/repaired two devices for me. I now consider RockIT Repairs my go-to small electronics fixer. Thanks guys!

United States | 17 November 2015Verizon claimed that the phone was abused and the insurance would not cover it (beware), their solution was to buy a new phone. Rockit Repairs replaced the charging port quickly and at a reasonable price.

United States | 17 November 2015I had a Droid3 that wouldn't power on but I wanted to be able to recover my old data so that I could transfer it to a new phone that I had already purchased. I took it to RockIT for either repairs or data recovery after calling & being told that it would cost $25 for a "no guarantees" diagnosis but that they felt confident that my phone could be repaired & that I would pay additional charges for the repairs if they were correct. Later, I was told that the phone's motherboard was dead & that there was nothing that they could do... $25, no repair, no big deal. Driving home, I noticed a local competitor (NAME REMOVED TO SATISFY TRUST PILOT's TERMS OF SERVICE) that repairs electronics & thought that I'd stop in for a 2nd opinion. Two days later, I was told that my phone's motherboard was the only thing salvageable and that for $100, they could pull it out & put it into the new phone leaving all of my data intact. They came through & I was able to pull all of my data off & put it on the new phone which is all I was interested in doing anyway. I returned to RockIT with my repaired phone in hand & demanded a refund which they granted but one can only wonder how many others have paid for a false diagnosis & never realized it. My suggestion is to stay as far away from RockIT as you can!

United States | 17 November 2015I'm one clumsy girl, and after dropping and breaking my screen on my iphone 4 and again on my iphone 5, the crew at RockIt repair has always provided QUICK and great services! one time I noticed a color difference in my new screen, and they took my phone back and corrected the issue ASAP without any additional charges. I always encourage my friends to take their broken or cracked screens to RockIt repair. I will continue to take any damaged electronics to them!

United States | 17 November 2015RockIT Repairs was awesome. They repaired my Kindle in just a few days and they also sent me notes on how to keep my Kindle from having the issue again. My Kindle has worked awesome ever since.

United States | 17 November 2015I used to like this place. I would send our company phones there. They'd notify me that they received them. They'd fix them right away and ship them back right away - which was what I needed. And they'd let me know when the phone shipped. All what I expected. But the last time I sent a phone, I got no notification when the phone arrived. They took a week or two to fix it, only fixed it after I called/emailed about the status, then finally sent it back to me. I even contacted the owner, since I am connected with him on LinkedIn, to see what the problem was with service this time. I got no reply to that email. Since then I have not used this company. Poor response time and no answer to my question to the owner. That was enough for me to go elsewhere.

United States | 17 November 2015I sent in my son's Galaxy S3 for a charging port repair. Everything went smoothly. The phone came back quickly and was charging again. After a week it stopped charging. I shipped it back to Rockit. They took a look at it and told me that the port was cooked, the leads to the port were damaged, and I was responsible because I had opened the phone and put some black epoxy inside near the port. I asked them to send me hi resolution pictures. The black epoxy was actually the plastic from the port that had melted because they had shorted the port with a poor soldering job. The port charged the phone until it melted from the short. After a good amount of back and forth they put in a wireless battery. They sent me a charger, the phone, and my money back. Highly dissatisfied to have them ruin the phone, blame me for it, and not do a whole lot to resolve the situation. I would not recommend this company. The techs are not well qualified for sensitive soldering work.

United States | 17 November 2015I mailed in my phone to have RockIT replace the charging port. They did a good job. Phone came back able to charge again and continues to do so four months later. Only hiccup was slow delivery of the phone by RockIT back to me. RockIT informed me that my phone was on its way back on Friday, I believe, but it actually didn't ship until a day or two later. As I had planned the repairs to be done while I was on an overseas trip, I ended up not having my phone for a few days after I returned from travel. Not a huge deal, but enough to mention.
