I ordered my FlyHugz on November 8. It is now Nov 29 and I have still not received them. I’ve emailed and called customer service with no response. Last tracking note was a week ago. Are they lost? I hope someone from Customer Service contacts me.

Hi FlyHugz, this isn't a review as a customer, rather as a potential customer. Recently I searched Google for the best travel pillow. Upon reading your numerous sponsored (paid) advertising links, I thought you had a really good product. Im sure we can all agree these sponsored links show that your company spent lots of money on advertising, which makes good business sense. Where you have lost me as a potential customer is the other message your company is sending to your customers. That message is that poor customer feedback from almost every second customer (47%), has had no effect on your companys decisions to improve customer service or delivery time frames. Sadly the company has decided to spend time and money providing very professional responses to 'agrieved' AND NOT address root cause of the complaints. If someone has been angered enough to write a review you should not only show empathy, you should ACT. It's the lack of action that has driven my response today, the same reason for many of the poor reviews. You have lost a potential customer due to a clear lack of respect for your customers time.

At first, I thought I was scammed because I think their shipping logistics got a bit scrambled which made me assume. But customer service was very responsive and insistent upon their legitimacy. We got our order! I even tried to sleep in bed with it on because it so comfy and supported. Looking to purchase more.

Still waiting for my pillows even though tracking says delivered. Requested Proof of Delivery from FlyHugz but getting nothing from them so no idea where they are. Definitely not delivered after 15 days so far. Edit: to my pleasant surprise FlyHugz did follow up and provided proof of delivery, item found (in an unusual spot)!

Still waiting for it to be delivered 22 days later and trying to talk to Flyhugz is like death by 100x cuts. Cannot get hold of them expect via sporadic email and still no solution to get the product to me. Bad customer service. The courier service they use is even worse - don't waste your money

Hello again! I wrote a review earlier, saying that I had no issue buying and receiving FlyHugz pillows, as there were concerns from others. Disclaimer: I ordered this off the FlyHugz website. Don't do this through amazon or other resellers. Your issue may be because you did this. Anyhow, I finally got to use them on our 11 hour there and 9 hour back flights to Hawaii. I used the pillow and the eye shades. I had my iPad loaded with movies. I didn't watch one movie from my iPad there and back. I pretty much slept (waking up at times of course, just to go back to sleep) the whole trip, both ways. On the 11 hour flight to Hawaii, my wife and kids were amazed at my sleeping prowess. lol. It did the job for me. I loved it. If you are getting hot, yes, your neck will get sweaty. Wouldn't that be the case with any pillow? I just took off my sweatshirt, cooled down, and things were fine.

I bought their 2 neck pillow and also purchased the shipping protection for $5. and I never received the package. it's been 3 month and I reached out regarding refund process several times but it's so hard to get them and never processed the refund request. their customer service is really bad. I even DMed their instagram team and they responded to me and when I mentioned refuned process they said they will be looking into it but never got it solved after.

To John , Thank you for your reply to my Review and the fact that you agreed with all the sentiment that I expressed. The problems with FlyHugz that you agreed need attention could be fixed with the touch of a key pad or stroke of a pen and not be left uncorrected for other unsuspecting customers to be ripped off ! FlyHugz agreed to fulfill their Refund/Return Policy without delay …., Ok then , where is the proof , or are you going to treat me like the forgotten customers that I read about in other Reviews and hear about else where , that nothing followed your heartwarming apology and commitment to put things right ! I want a Full Refund ( in AU Dollars ) NOW! Please give me something positive so as my next Trustpilot Review can say something nice about FlyHugz, because , trust me I will be writing more !! We had already purchased from this company 2 other times without issue but then we needed to make a return and they gave us a really hard time. They finally relented and approved the return but then claimed they never received the package. $60 basically stolen from me. Now they won't answer my calls or emails.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I would give them no stars based on their false advertising, I ordered and paid for expedited processing, I figured based on the reviews and their 60 day money back guarantee return for any reason I’d take chance to get on time. This is bad business and not what they advertise. My order was placed and CONFIRMED on 10/02/2024 (confirmed email and money removed from my bank account - not what they noted below on 10/4) the website says 1 BUSINESS DAY for Priority shipping, they didn't even create the label until 10/7/24 and it did not leave the facility for another 2 days, If it would have been processed in a timely manner, what I paid for, it would have been received in time. So when I returned from my trip I emailed for a return label and they told my reason was not acceptable see response below. I have emailed them 3 more times, none of what they said below is listed on the site nor have I received a response. We are sorry to hear about the turn of events. We understand the urgency in receiving the parcel earlier than indicated. The delivery timeframe we indicated in our website is anytime within 7-14 business days. Our 60- days money guarantee applies if we fail to meet what we promise. This includes the delivery timeframe, dissatisfaction and defects in the product. Your order was made on October 4 and was delivered on October 17 which was only 10 business days. This means that the initial reason for return does not qualify to our return and refund policy. As a small business, we carefully manage our shipping and handling costs, and therefore, we cannot process returns for products that were correctly ordered and delivered as requested. The Worst customer service ever! I ordered a complete set to take on my trip to Europe . I told the company upfront the day I would be leaving and that if it wasn’t going to be delivered by then to please cancel my order. Well of course it arrived after I had left. When I returned I tried to send it back and get a refund. They told me No that it was delivered within the time frame of company policy. I even explained that I would no longer be traveling so had no need for it. They pretty much said “ too bad” ! The sad thing is I even contacted them before I left and said I could get it thru Amazon in 1 day. They said it wasn’t possible that they didn’t sell thru them. I sent them a picture of the ad. Of course no response! Would not recommend doing business with this company!

Worst customer service. Not accredited by the BBB as i would surely report them. Highly recommend not purchasing from them. Will not take a return of unused items. Bogus return policy.

I purchased the neck pillow, ear plugs, and anti-theft bag. Upon receiving the items, I did not think they were of good quality, especially the “anti-theft” bag, which was very poorly made. I decided to return it. It took 2 emails to reach someone from customer service to confirm that I could return the package, Flyhugz does not provide a return receipt so I had to pay ~$20 for the return. I was offered to keep the product for 40% off but did not accept. I followed up 2-3 times by email and they requested that I send them a receipt of the return with the tracking number, and so I did. Checking Canada Post, it says they received the package on September 19. It has now been a month and no credit has been received. I sent another email again because it has been 1 week since I sent my proof of return receipt. It is very hard to reach this company, I would stay away from purchasing their products as there are numerous reasons not to purchase their products. I believed it to be a scam since there would be no follow up unless I pestered them, a ton of red flags!

Still waiting for account credit/ Amazon seems to have the process streamlined - and their volume is far greater. By the way - they offered 40% off price and keep the no value pillow vs. returning it for full refund. Save yourself time / buy another product,

I ordered 2 pillows on 09/26/2024. Paid for priority shipping instead of free shipping. I reached out to company 2 weeks later as the tracking info showed that only the label was created. Was advised that it may have been shipped but they would try to cancel. Get back home from my 2 week trip. Product still not here and no refund (so order wasn't canceled). I've reached out 2 more times and still not answer, product, or refund.
