Australia | 28 May 2024Made an error in purchasing a neck pillow, found it easy to email the company and received a reply within 24 hours. A very understanding John kindly explained the problem and reimbursed me some of the cost. The pillows arrived and have been marvellous when I have tested them several times whilst sitting up in a chair. Slept for a couple of hours in each instance. Looking forward to the plane trip and using it. Have already recommended them to friends for future travel. Thanks John

Canada | 22 May 2024They are getting one star because negative stars are not possible. Received the Amit-theft travel bag. All the stitching was loose right out of the packaging. Was told my request to return was declined because it did not fit their policy (which, apparently is to sell defective merchandise and then not allow the returns they say they permit for 60 days).

In reading my review I was contacted by the team and advised I could return the product for a refund. This company does stand by its product which I do appreciate. Customer service and follow up could not be faulted.

United States | 18 May 2024This review is regarding customer service at flyhugz. I attempted to revise my order for 4 items after noticing a charge I had not put in. In searching for a way to do so, I found a cheaper cost for the same item on Amazon and read the reviews here on trustpilot. This made me nervous and I decided to cancel the whole order. I don’t know where these negative reviews are coming from. Customer service rep John was quick to respond, addressed my concerns with empathy, provided me alternatives to cancelling fully, and in the end successfully canceled and refunded my order when I decided to go that route. Of important note, explained that their headquarters are indeed in NY, not Israel as some reviews here inexplicably say. He also provided the stats of returns based on unsatisfactory products (“The ratio of our returns with severe complaints is 2 over 1500 orders”). Thank you John at flyhugz for proof that good customer service still exists.

I purchased two For a trip out of country from California to Australia. They are fabulous! They allowed my family to sleep 3/4 of the trip due to the comfort and design. I am purchasing more for the rest of the family. 10/10 recommend!!

Australia | 09 May 2024My pillow was never delivered. I was unable to track online as the tracking number Did not match up with my delivery address. When I contacted them about non-delivery they said that I had to contact the local post office, my neighbours, and the delivery company to either find the item or written proof that it hadn’t been delivered. By this time I had been on the long haul flight back to Australia where I live and could not contact those people even if I should have wanted to. They are basically saying I’m a liar claiming not to have received it. How can I prove a negative? I have been cheated out of the purchase price. Edit I emailed “John” below +12 times but got the run around and no satisfaction at all. No refund no pillow - asking me to do the impossible. Absolute time wasters. My advice is avoid this company completely.

I washed the cover and the memory foam and when I put it back together - still stinks so it’s imbedded in the foam which means they smoked where it’s produced. I spent way too much on Instagram ($35) and also the covers zipper broke immediately after I took it off to wash. Also despite being outside to dry for 2 days - it’s still damp day 3 so this is a whole thing. Do not buy.

Canada | 07 May 2024I’m updating my review because this company is very responsive to customers and I found their response pretty decent. The product is poor quality. I used to work at a dollar store and we sold a very similar product for $4. That’s why you will likely want to return it and you likely won’t be able to. The reason you won’t be able to is because they are actually located in Israel (cost of shipping back would outweigh any refund you get). That’s the part that really got me. I don’t like being lied to and their website clearly says they’re located in New York and started in Chicago. The fact the product is crap- whatever- a lot of people are selling garbage. But lying about your location- I really don’t like that (and the reason that they would lie about being in Israel is obvious). I think that’s very shady and I would advise against purchasing from this company. However, they did offer me a partial refund which I appreciated.
