Loved the pillows, took long to receive them. But the leadership of Flyhugz made every attempt to see that I got the pillows before international travel. My wife slept for hours on our long flight home. Pillow supports the neck which is critical for both my wife and i to relax! gamechanger!

My daughter borrowed it for her overseas trip and thought it was wonderful. I am about to try it out, leaving tomorrow.

Wow after reading lot's of negative reviews I was very worried about receiving our neck pillows before our trip. But the correspondence and quick replies from Flyhugz was fantastic, kept me informed of the progress of the order and even gave me 20% back to my account just in case they weren't delivered on time. The pillows arrived with 2 days to spare and they are perfect. Can't wait to use them on our long flight.

Received 2 x Flyhugz unfortunately the product does not fit well, feel like I am being smothered followed the instructions, still was uncomfortable. The product itself was well made. As these are not comfortable I emailed the support email to be told I had to send it back to an address in Israel. Understand that I would be paying freight but as the address it's was shipped from is in Australia, I thought I would send this back to that address. Has anyone else had this issue. Out of pocket cost $89Aus to purchase. Plus Freight back to Israel and no guarantee that you would get your money back according to the T&Cs. Be aware, nothing on website that says the return address is Israel.

The service is absolutely brilliant. You place an order, an email is sent straight away to the Costumer for acknowledgement! Shipment is very efficient. The product arrives in exactly the length of time mentioned, complete with tracking order for any delays.

Terrible product . The actual product works - BUT the materials are cheap synthetic and NOT breathable at all. Took well over 4 weeks to arrive - almost missed timing for my trip - wearing the neck pillow and eye mask actually woke me up as I was sweating so much :( Gross realization that it was a falsely advertised product - and yes the air on the plane was on - the rest of my body was temperature controlled - my neck and eyes/ face were dripping wet due to the cheap fabric and lack of breath ability of products :( .

This awesome neck pillow and eye mask saved me during several flights and long layovers! Total game changer. I actually got quality rest, every time, sitting up and in bright transit areas. The eye mask was so comfortable and adjustable and excluded all light without pressing on my eyes…. we fondly call them Tactical Sleep Goggles. The neck pillow did the job as promised, and kept my head from rolling around and getting a sore neck from bad positioning against windows. The velcro had an important fabric cover which I kept safe and replaced after use, so I could roll it up and protect it for the next use. A great feature that could be identified better in the product information, but clearly see that is what it is for. So glad to have them with me for my travels over multiple flights and stopovers. Like many other disgruntled reviewers, I also had a nervous wait for my neck pillows and eye mask. They arrived literally the day I headed to the airport, but partly due to local courier error. John the Support Manager had great communication and explained that they had some production issues Jan-March 2024 which delayed a lot of orders. Hopefully they are now fixed, because the products are well made, purposeful and quite possibly the best thing I’ve bought online in a long time .

The pillow does stick. The company just does not tell the buyer that there is a material covering on the small pad that needs to be peeled off revealing the rough velcro pad. Only by reading the first review, thank you Sandra, I would be none the wiser. Very bad from the company not informing the buyer either on the website or in the packaging. A note would have been helpful. Lift your game Flyhugz. We should not have to resort to reading reviews to find this out. Other than the above the pillow is very comfortable.

I made a mistake. The company informed me in an email eventually that there’s a covering on Velcro. It does stick. Have not tried it traveling yet

I still have not gotten my product I ordered in the beginning of February. My mid March trip has come and gone with no product. Yet I see you have started advertising again. I would like a refund please.

What they fail to tell you until your confirmation email is that the price is in US dollars, which turns $40 into about $60 here in Australia. Im feelobg screwed over and ripped off already. This thing had better be good!

I like the idea. The Velcro doesn't work. Maybe sewn on wrong side. Unsure how I will make it work

My order DID NOT arrive before my international trip (3weeks after ordering). Didn’t leave China for 2 weeks. It is now sitting on my doorstep awaiting my return. Beware!

Bought this just over 2 weeks ago and still waiting. I just realised they also available in amazon for 80% less than what I paid for. It is what it is, my fault for not checking but I'm hoping it will arrive... sooner than later.

I received a defective pillow as the sticky pads don’t stick so the pillow will not stay together as it should. I contacted them but it appears in their return policy, I would have to pay to return it. Do not buy from this company as it is made and shipped from China.

My order came just before I arrived home from my trip , so it was not with me while I was travelling. I should have been informed before I placed my order that my travel pillow would be delayed but instead your company chose to take my money and deliver too late to take with me . Doesn't seem very fair, in fact it seems a bit shady to me. And NOOOO I don't want 20% off my next order because i will never be ordering anything from your company again , nor will i every give you a good review to anyone else looking to buy a travel pillow!

Delivery time was not acceptable, advertising misleading.

UPDATE: I was contacted by the seller soon after I informed them about the issue and I will receive difference of the purchase. Also they confirmed the delivery time 2-3 weeks. THANK YOU! I ordered mine as saw it on Facebook. Didn't check reviews and if I did I would not order it. I should be charged $87.90 and realised on my bank statement that I was charged $140.12. If I knew this would be this type of scam or not enough information that it would be USD. I defiantly would not order it. Also going away to Europe in 2 weeks time when I would need it, if it does not arrive in time it is useless for me.
