Just placed an order a couple of days ago, still waiting to get a confirmation of my order, although the money has been taken from my bank account already. I’ve tried several times to contact the support team with no response. Be aware before you place an order with this company.

I ordered the sky hugs pillow on the 16 feb 2024, 18 mar still no sign of being delivered, still in China as everyone else have said it’s one big SCAM to get your money. Please be very aware as you will not get your item.

I purchased 2 of these pillows 3 weeks before my trip. They never came. My tracking showed the entire time that my package had never even left China. Ended up ordering pillows from Amazon. Contacted the company and it was a giant hassle to get a refund. Literally took an additional 3 weeks of back and forth emails with the company. Finally had to demand a refund immediately to get my money back. I live in Canada and 2 pillows cost me $96 CDN. Do not buy from this company. Or if you do, hope your package arrives.

Like most other customers...my order is "still coming" - 4 weeks later! USD was not advertised anywhere until after payment! I don't think I am going to see my flyhugz anytime soon. Bitterly disappointed - because they actually look like exactly what I want! SO, the pillows have arrived. 6 weeks later!!! They are over priced; they smell terrible and I am still regretting this purchase. I bought a similar pillow on Amazon for $30 Aus - and it arrived within the week.

Haven’t tried the neck pillows yet. Seems like they will definitely help with sleeping on a plane. The one star is because it took over a month for the items to arrive. No where was this stated and at one point wasn’t even sure if this was a legitimate company. In order to track the package, you need to pay for an app!

Do NOT buy. They ship from China--the order takes forever to arrive--and they charge more than others with similar product. And if you want to return it, you have to return it to Israel.

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM...Ordered the product, then realised it was priced in USD but shipped from China. When I queried it the following day, they said the product had already shipped. A month later I have still not received the product, I queried it again and apparently there was an issue with customs and all orders sent in the time frame of my order had been returned to the warehouse. I tried to cancel, but conveniently the order had been shipped again the same day I queried. DO NOT ORDER. The exact same pillows are available on Temu for a fraction of the price and arrived in less than a week.

I ordered my pillow on the 10th of February but still haven't received. I ordered in time for a holiday to Japan but have now returned and still no delivery.

It took over a month for the pillow to arrive at my home. I placed and paid for my order on 7 Feb 2024. It finally arrived on 12 March 2024. I had to send several messages to FlyHugz to get them to follow-up as the tracking didn't seem to reflect the current status. I would not use them again for this reason.

I understood from the add that the price was in ASD but it was actually in $American and you gave me the benefit of the doubt and refunded me the balance -thank you very much

I ordered a FlyHugz on 21 February and as of today 11 March I haven't received it! It shows in their tracking that it's still on hand in CHINA!!! I have a very long flight tomorrow and I want my money back. Great product but shipping is very bad!!!!

Nice way to deceive your customers. Order a pillow and they claim first class shipping. Then you get a shipping notification the next day and you think great it will be here in a week or so. Then you check on it after week and they don't tell you it is shipping from china on a slow boat. Minimum 4 weeks to get your product. Don't buy from them.

I originally gave a bad review because of the tracking info it didn"t look like I would get my pillow at all . But I received my pillow yesterday & in time for my trip on saturday . The pillow is very compfortable & is very good quality . I'm very happy. Thankyou flyhugs .

Don’t buy from flyhugz. You won’t receive your order. I ordered 2 pillows on 16 February & still waiting for delivery to leave China as at 11 March even though I had first class shipping. Very disappointed. Each time I have questioned where my order is they advise it’s been held up because of Valentine’s Day???? Pretty poor service I will update my review when & if I receive my order Today I received my order (ordered 16 Feb received 25 March) The pillow is a little bigger than expected but it seems to be good for supporting your head in an upright position so hopefully it works! Also they charge in us$ but you only find out that after you purchase. That’s pretty pathetic
