Perfect As Always

Service from Steve was great. however, the quality of the clothing was not what I felt it should be for the investment. the linings on a couple of the sport coats came apart and one of the sport coats shows a lot of wear in the fabric. disappointing . I have moved my business to another company.

Balani was an amazing experience. Although was very disappointed when received my clothing and it did not fit appropriately. "Custom Fitted Clothing" that was baggy and loose, without time to have it refitted before my event. I plan on returning to have it refitted, considering the amount of money that was spent on the clothing. One positive thing is that they offer lifetime adjustments... as long as you don't go up in size.

I first heard about BALANI from a friend in Houston who kept raving about them, so once I heard that they opened an office in Dallas I told my fiance about it! My now husband and I met with with Jourdan who was amazing- she knew exactly what we wanted even when we didn’t. All we had to do was tell her the location of the wedding and the look we were going for and she designed a suit that was way better than anything we would have picked out-I wish deciding on a wedding dress had been this easy! On top of that, we thought everything fit perfectly after the first fitting, but not good enough for Jourdan-she made a few tweeks and the tux came back fitting even better than before, if possible! We now have some suits in the works with her because John wants to wear his tux everyday and I won’t let him haha

I was initially attracted to Balani by one of its beautiful ads on social media. After browsing their site and seeing some of their credentials I decided to finally take the plunge on a custom suit. Initial contact was smooth and Elizabeth was extremely flexible in meeting with me. She was warm and inviting and helped me with every aspect of men’s clothing I was struggling to grasp. She took the time to understand the style I wanted to present and made recommendations that fit or enhanced that image. We settled on a suit fabric that complemented my complexion and a jacket fabric that brought out my eyes. Once constructed and at the fitting, I realized I have never worn a garment that fit so well. Nothing pinched, everything draped right, and I felt confident and comfortable. This was a joyous experience and I cannot wait to get another suit!
