Bought 2 custom coats, over $1000 each. Belts didn't fit. Contacted Belani, they sent FedEx envelope to return belts, which I did. Never got new ones. Very disappointing, long term customer. Things have changed, not for better.

Pants falling apart and jackets never fit correctly

The clothes didn't fit at all, took me three alterations to get them right. Not what you want out of a custom fitting. Even their own tailor asked who measured me, because the pants were so far off from actual. When I asked them about it, they told me that's what they thought I wanted: pants too big in the waist and three inches too short.

I recently made the change from Tom James to Balani and wasn't disappointed. Service was amazing and Joanna knowledge and input on clothing is amazing. So glad I made the switch and would highly recommend Balani and Joanna.

I chose Balani because of its excellent reviews online. I ended up being very satisfied with the salespeople but highly disappointed in the quality of the clothing. Nothing fit properly the first, second, or even third time around. It took many months of sending things back for further alterations before I had clothing that looked at all tailored to my body. In the end, I consider this whole experience to have been far more expensive than it was worth.

I had Balani make a suit for my wedding and they did not disappoint. The quality of the suit was amazing and they seemed to pay attention to every detail to truly make the suit perfect. The best part of the experience was Steve. I was a little intimidated going to such a high end clothier for a suit but Steve made it so simple and actually a very enjoyable experience. He really helped guide me to figure out exactly what I was looking for. I was so happy with how it turned out I decided to buy a sports coat (which turned out amazing as well).
