suit simply does not fit me correctly.

The sales person I work with - Cordt Withum - is responsive to my e-mails, flexible with his appointment schedule, has suggestions for me for fabrics and colors when I am shopping for new pants and jackets, and consistently follows up after I received a new item of clothing. The quality of the product has been consistently good (i have been a customer for 3-4 years and typically purchase several jackets and pairs of pants each year).

David Tinter at Balani takes the time to understand each person's style, likes, dislikes, and provides amazing quality clothing based on his findings. There is always a sense of care when he provides suggestions from the Balani custom clothing line. Not only is the quality of the clothing top notch but the attention to customers is even more custom!

The service at Balani is great. The quality of the fabric is great, but the attention to detail is sometimes lacking. Little things like hems coming undone and buttons coming off are really annoying and easily remedied. My recent purchase of a shirt was the first time the measurements were actually wrong. They are happy to remedy any issues that arise, but it does start me thinking about attention to detail again.

The attention to detail is superb. They have refinements that I did not think about. My suits fit like, well, custom suits. I have in excess of 30 suits, about half are custom. Only my Balani suits have received compliments on every one I have worn. A lot of the credit goes to Mr. Landon Holder. Good job.
