I have used a Respironics Simply Go POC for years so I am an experienced user. So long as you don't need a continuous flow O2 for a CPAP machine, this is an excellent choice. Simply Go is about 16 pounds and Varon POC is about 6 to 7 pounds with an extra battery. I had several issues to resolve with customer service. Despite some communication difficulties, the service was good and fair. Hack 1: To use the auto cable and not run down your battery, disconnect the battery as it cannot charge simultaneously. Hack 2: Get the double battery to extend portable usage. I have a L.L.Bean passport case that I can put around my neck and transport either second battery.

I live at an altitude of over 6500 feet and sometimes have a bit of difficulty breathing at night. My new Varon VH-3 oxygen concentrator provides a great boost to my breathing that helps me to relax for a good nights sleep. The unit is so quiet that I don't even notice it at night and forget it is running. I am so glad that I could find such a good unit at such a low price.

My Varon VT-1 oxygen concentrator arrived promptly and properly packaged. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The unit is small and designed to be operated in vehicles for travel on long trips or at remote locations such as campsites. It may even be useful for general aviation use to improve night vision (not FAA approved as a replacement for aircraft O2 systems). The unit has multiple power options: car 12V outlet, 120VAC wall outlet, optional battery pack or solar generator sources. It's quiet, no louder than a normal conversation. The performance is nominal but provides sufficient O2 for its intended purpose. Overall, I recommend the VT-1 oxygen concentrator.

Doubled charged, never sent a confirmation of order. Sent email, tried calling(it answers to a full mailbox, you can Not leave a message.) The have not responded to emails. I am disputing the charges with my bank. I went ahead and went with fda approved device. This has put a huge financial strain on me. Beyond angry for the lack of service, and the amount of money spent. It's not worth risking your health.

This machine is easy to use and carry. I bought batteries for it and an electrical cord so I can use it anywhere. I was on 3 liters so you use the 4 liters to get 3 the manual explains thing very clearly. I Love Varon this machine is what I needed so I could have the portable oxygen I need.

This company is a scam cheat crook. The equipment is advertised as 3 liter with no additional information on bold ad. The equipment only produces 32% oxygen and is dangerous for any patient using normal equipment. All normal industry machines including tanks,home units and portable units provide 100% oxygen. This company knowingly sells equipment unusable for COPD patients

My problem was the wrong battery, they were fast to reply, came to a solution, I am very happy with there service.

The oxygen concentrator works as advertised. I needed one for continuous flow for my CPAP machine and this was the only one that was small enough to pack for travel and offered continuous flow. The only negative is the machine is a little loud when operating. I have a long hose that permits me to use the machine from a different room from where I sleep.

I purchased a portable 3L machine from Amazon. It stopped working within 3 months. I contacted Varon and they shipped a new one at no cost. Great customer service, but you have to email them, as their phone number only goes to a voicemail.

I notified the company the day the concentrator arrived, indicating it was not what I needed since I would not purchase additional oxygen tanks for my apartment. In addition, I already had a nebulizer and did not need another one. I requested a prepaid shipping label that they would not supply. They expected me to pay to send it to China, which would cost more than I paid for the product. I could keep the product and be reimbursed seventy dollars. They gave the same run around to PayPal when I filed a complaint. I would not recommend dealing with this company!

Nice light weight machine, easy to use and maintain. Good customer service.

I'm writing in reference to the VP-2 portable concentrator. The website would like you to believe that this machine produces 1-5L [Liters] of oxygen. But don't be fooled as I was. This machine at it's maximum output only produces 50 ml of Oxygen, that is 5/100ths of a liter. That may be adequate for a mouse or maybe a small kitty but for a human being it's ludicrous. Now I don't know anything about their other products but I'm am skeptical about any 5 star ratings I'm seeing here, because the VP-2 is just a way of making someone money on the backs of unsuspecting seniors and disabled individuals. Out of 1028 dollars I am supposed to receive only 600 dollars back after the return.

VARON Oxygen Concentrator was a game changer - gave me more freedom. Great customer service. Price was just right.

VARON is not only a great product but their customer service is first class. They answer and address your concerns promptly. I am very satisfied with this company.

I needed a oxygen concentrator and went the usual route renting a less than quality machine supplied by the local medical company. The machine was old, heavy and noisy a big energy waster to say the least. Varon Oxygen Concentrator fit the bill. Very quiet easy on energy and light no wheels needed. The unit arrived very fast. It worked beautifully except I couldn't get it to work off the battery. It didn't seem to charge. I reached out to the company and they sent a replacement battery right away. It works great now and I appreciate the light weight machine. I went out with it today and everything worked just fine. I would recommend this to anyone in need.

The product works fine. It is louder than they state it is. The customer service is non existent. First off, they state if you pay with pay pal you get 15% off. Nope, didn't happen. Wrote the company, no response. I've written them regarding the machine being loud. No response. My o2 numbers improved. The product arrived quickly but don't expect any type of service.
