I am very pleased with the quick delivery of the unit. It arrived well packaged and well protected from handling and the elements. As far as the instruction booklet, I found it easy to read and comprehensive, clearly illustrated and explained. I couldn’t be more pleased with my Varon Concentrator, It works beautifully and gives me the confidence knowing it is working to maintain needed oxygen at home and traveling. It was worth the price and I value it each breath I take. I would highly recommend to anyone who is considering a quality Concentrator for themselves or a loved one.

I have had my unit for a month and am very pleased with it. It was packed well and delivered on time. It has really helped me with both breathing and anxiety. I would recommend Varon if you need an oxygen concentrator.

I was in need of a portable oxygen concentrator and the price was so much to consider, I looked for a long time and then came across the Varon, I weighed all the options and hoped it would do what it said it would hoping the levels of oxygen would be enough. So I purchased it and when I got the machine I had a doctors appointment, took it to the appointment and the doctor checked it out, also put the oxygen level taster on my finger, we did about 5 to 6 laps around the office first at a normal walk then faster up to a very fast speed walk and keep checking the levels and they stayed up to 92 to 93% at all the time we did this. I have used tthe machine for 1 1/2 months now and very pleased with it. The only thing is I wished they would put a longer life battery to the machine without having to purchase the longer life battery, because being on a very low fixed income money don't come easy. but other than that I am very please with the machine.

Varon is a deceptive company which employs the bait and switch technique to rip off customers with generators that cannot produce more than 32% oxygen- far less than any person needing oxygen requires. They ship from china and won’t take returns. Buyer beware of this fraudulent junk factory

Unit came in perfect condition, packed well. Instructions were easy to follow. Unit and remote work as they should. Oxygen level dropped too low while I was sleeping which is why I purchased the unit. This unit has alleviated that problem. I would not have a problem making another purchase.

My dad needed assurance by having an extra battery when out from his house to help with his oxygen needs. He feels better after trying it now with his extra battery.

The VT-1 is everything advertised and specified on the website. I have tested both flow and O2 concentration percentage and they match the specifications. I did notice power consumption appeared to be only 50 watts when using 12-14v battery/car which is excellent and better than the 75 watts specified. I am thinking the 75watts is with the 120v AC power supply and you get some inefficiencies with the converter/adapter. The unit does live up to the 58db sound level specified, about the level of normal speech.

Everything advertised, specified, and promised along with excellent service. It is great doing business with a company that delivers what they promise.

It took me awhile to use it I wanted to get extra O2 tubes and something to clean them with. It is quieter than I thought it would be - I was using the nasal cannula wrong no instructions for that - I love the machine it helps me almost every night, so glad I have it - I would suggest a different hose connector though one that is tapered so it is easier to put the tubing on bless youall.

I own 2 VP-1s; 1 VH-1; and two VH-3s. The value for the price was initially excellent. But after a few months the VP-1 started beeping, meaning "low concentration". I cleaned everything, still beeps. I switched to new tubing, still beeps. There is nothing wrong with the air flow, but it still beeps. So the good investment is now a waste of $600. I tried the customer service phone but mailbox is full. I filled out the service form yesterday, no response so far.

I have been using my Varon Oxygen Concentrator for over a month now. I am beyond satisfied with this product. I would highly recommend this concentrator to any one who is looking for one. The price is right and the quick delivery.

The unit died the light flashes the drops off . Contacted the factory site they told me that unless I purchaseed the unit from their site they couldnt help me. i purchased the unit from ebay from a dealer I thought was autorized from Varon.

Very surprised to see positive reviews of a company I know to be deceptive. Bait and switch is how I’d characterize them. Their advertising goes on and on about 90% oxygen concentration but their entry level is only 30% concentration which is not something they tout prior to the sale. Be very cautious when dealing with these folks, they will ship you something from China which you will never be able to return and they will offer you a small credit to shut you up.

I received my nt-5 concentrator tonight, plugged it in, it ran fine, but when I put my Salters labs pro 2 ultrasonic oxygen indicator tester on it, there was 0 % oxygen being produced.hopefully this will be corrected, big disappointment.

I purchased an NT-5 with two extra batteries and and an extra charger. Received in Jan '24. My husband maintains a 95% saturation on a 3ltr. flow with his home unit. After 20 mins on his new unit, his saturation had dropped to 86%, he felt weak and out of breath. I emailed the company and after several days of them trying to have me purchase another unit, I was told they couldn't refund the extra batteries ( they were unused) or the extra charger and they would charge me an $80 return fee. I asked for a phone number for several days. When I did receive phone contact number, there was no answer and no voice mailbox. I was told $200 would be deducted from the full refund amount and they had to receive the item within three days (I only had the unit for so weeks total). The address I shipped it back to was a home in Corona, CA - not a business address. I am very dissatisfied. The company claims it wasn't a faulty machine, but it sure didn't work satisfactorily so I don't know how they can make that claim. Shady business, all the way around

I could not be an effective commercial truck driver without this device in my SEMI. Everyday, I deal with altitude air pressure changes, dust, and engine exhaust exposure which effect my brain health during the 14 hour work period. Response time for inquiries was quick and thorough. We did initially get a defective concentrator. The process for return and replacement was easy. As a retired corporate QA person, things do go wrong with products. It is the response to the issue that defines trust. Varon responded well.

I have purchased 4 Varon concentrators so far. Two NT-5 portables with an extra battery, and 2 home concentrators, a VH-2 and a VH-3. The prices were great and all units are working fine! i highly recommend these Varon concentrators.
