We had gotten another machine that just wasn't getting the job done. Their customer service department was amazing. I had ordered something that wasn't able to work for my husband. They worked with me and help me and my husband to get the machine that met his needs. I upgraded to the NT-2. What a turn around!!! This little machine is amazing! My husband has severe COPD, but nothing stops this machine. Highly recommend this to anyone! Great machine and great customer service!!

The description online does not mention that there is no way to leave the device on for longer than 4 hours. It would be nice if I could turn the beeper off as well.

I've owned concentrators from various brands during the preceding five years. I couldn't be happier with my first portable Varon unit, which I bought around nine months ago. When I had to replace my house unit, I went with the VH-3. The best decision I've made in a while. I'll continue using Varon products until the end of my contract because they are excellent.

I recently acquired the VH-03, and I use it every evening. The support team was quite helpful when I was selecting which model would be the most beneficial for me. I can still move this machine when I need to, despite it being heavier than a portable one. Everything arrived in good shape because it was all securely packed.

varon is the worst company, the portable concentrator never has worked correctly and all they say is to send them a pic, like what will that do. they just give you the run around and i'm out a lot of money. i reported them to bbb, but varon doesn't respond, and nothing is happening there so i'm complaining here. i wish someone would have told me to run, don't walk from this company, i also feel the good reviews must be fake.
