I’ve had my Varon portable concentrator for a couple weeks now and I’m very pleased with it. I’ve borrowed a friend’s more expensive concentrator before and my Varon performs just as well and costs a lot less so I’m happy. The customer service is also very good. I really believe this company cares about its customers.

My Varin concentrator is quiet, compact and perfect for my 1 LPM needs. I would like to be able to completely turn off the lights so that my room stays dark and to conserve energy. The remote does allow me to turn off most of the lights but not all. Otherwise, it would be a 5-star product.

Thé VL1 is helpful for my shopping and when I travel. It is not heavy and easy to work with. Unlike the medical device I use at home at level 2.5 must put level even 4 when I rest. Last but important, nebula tube should be 8 inches longer.

Had problems with the unit the day I received it. Removed it from the shipping container and 2 very long screws fell out of the bottom. Alarm sounds and LEDs flash after about 1 min 30 secs. Telling me I'm not inhaling strong enough, believe me I am and I had a healthy person use it, same problem. Several emails to customer service. Bad and no response. I sent a video of exactly what is going on. Finally was told its the battery. LOL Unit is also connected to external power. Waiting for replacement battery to arrive. Portable unit is heavy and cumbersome. Hours are around 345. Oh was told the unit is fine, ignore the alarms. LOL

Hello, My wife has severe COPD. Having both the room and portable concentrators has been, both upstairs and downstairs, has been a necessity for several years now. The affordability and quality of Varon's units have helped with the quality of her remaining life. Our insurance did cover one unit with a $26.50 copay each month. I cancelled the insurance unit after using one of our concentrators and verifying its quality and reliability for over a year. This has saved me money over the years.

Great product. I researched for a portable "continuous" oxygen concentrator and only found Varon has it and its reasonably priced. I am thrilled with it. Lightweight, carrier, all accessories for charging (car charger, plug charger, and battery). Customer service is awesome if you need assistance. They really work hard to help and get results. I bought a second one just to keep in the home and one for the car. If you are shopping for a continuous O2 you will not be disappointed with Varon portable O2 concentrator. I am mobile now thanks to Varon. Not using those portable pressurized O2 tanks. It has been a lifesaver for my activities. It has changed everything for the better. Thank you Varonic.

The machine was exactly what my husband needed. It worked great for a couple of months and then it stopped working. I contacted the company and they were great about helping me. I've bought things from other companies that went bad and it was hard to get them to replace it. With this company they worked with me. There was things they explained to me that I knew nothing about before they took the time to help me. I would advise anyone that's looking for a company they can trust to check this one out. If I need to buy another one later on it will be from the company I bought this one from.

The VH03 machine works well so far but I can't buy replacement hard filters and have had no help from the company. They only sell fabric filters for $40 not the hard filters. I need another machine for my wife but won't buy if I can't buy replacement filters.

We received the Varon 3L oxygen concentrator in great condition. I bought this product because my mom needs constant oxygen when we go places. So far she loves it because less trouble than bottles that don’t last… thanks for selling these at a great price

Great for Canadian customers. When I ordered mine there were no surprise customs charges or duties included so was happy about that. The product works great a year after purchasing. Highly recommended.

I am NOT verified and will not become one - too much personal info. I have two concentrators, a battery operated concentrator (VP-2) and a home style concentrator based (VH-2). Have had them for several weeks, now and am well pleased with the performance of both. The flows and O2 percentage are as expected. The on-line manuals added in researching which styles meet my needs. The VP-2 allows me to replace the oxygen tanks that take up so much room in my car and I have been lugging in my pack or trailing behind me on the little cart. It also ends the on-going tank rental fees and the hassles of tank exchanges. The replaceable battery makes extended usage easy. The VH-2 size and weight make transporting it easy. I am able to use it in the RV and in hotel rooms. It provides peace of mind as a backup for my bulky/heavy everyday use concentrator. The VH-2 appears to be able to be operated using an inverter (DC to AC adapter). It was bundled with a small inverter (150watts) but the manual indicates that the concentrator requires 1000watts. One of the packages was damaged during shipping. Since the shipper dropped and photo'd the delivery, I was not able to refuse the box. Varon was responsive and of great to help in resolving the issue. I am overall pleased with both of my new concentrators and would highly recommend them to friends and family (Blah blah blah you know the drill)

The portable oxygen concentrator we purchased is a fantastic product. The price is reasonable and affordable. The machine is so much quieter than the one we had. We absolutely love this product and highly recommend it to anyone needing a portable oxygen concentrator. Shipment was speedy, instructions were very clear. I have been using this portable O2 device for 5 months now. It has proven to be reliable and the benefits are consistent regardless if you are using battery or regular AC supply. The small size makes it manageable in the supplied bag or small backpack. Definitely recommend

I received my VP-2 Machine and it seemed to work but did not produce any oxygen. I contacted customer service and they responded immediately. I sent videos of what was happening with the machine. They immediately responded and sent information on how to return the defective unit and sent me a new machine the same day. I would highly recommend this company and can’t wait to leave a review on the new machine when it arrives.

This oxygen concentrator works great. Took it on a trip for a few days, and it worked wonderfully. I like the fact that it is light weight, and easy to take with me
