We used Geobear to address some small movement in the corner of our house, they prepared a treatment plan and quoted the job and carried out the work all to agreed timescales. They advised checking the drains which needed some repairs and were helpful throughout the process. Immediately after the repair, the front door wasn't binding anymore and we can go ahead with sorting the rest of the house out. I would recommend them.

We suspected possible subsidence at our property and after a lot of online research opted to contact Geobear. The initial response from Joanna White was swift and a date was confirmed for a surveyor to do a site visit. The surveyor (Paul Grocott) was prompt, professional and very knowledgable. He accessed our situation (and although it wasn’t relevant for Geobear to get involved) he provided us with some great advice and assurance. All for free. If any future issues arise we will not hesitate to contact Geobear again.

Geobear and my main contact from the company (‘Eslam’) as a technical expert made a great first impression. They were informative, transparent and very helpful in helping me understand the situation and decide on best course of action. During the actual site work the teams were very friendly, professional, courteous, skilled, displayed their expertise and were very considerate with my property and making sure all the work was done to a high standard. Overall very good experience and happy with the service provided.

The crew were incredibly hard working in awful conditions . They were prompt and highly professional ,remaining in good humour despite occasional problems . Their only problem was communicating with base which was slow at times . Cheers to Andy and Mark ,for their efforts on January 11 & 12.

Geobear did a great job of the underpining my Garage. It took a little while to complete all the steps to ensure that it would work for my garage, however it did mean the work was done quickly with no dramas and a great result that I'm very happy with. I would recommend Geobear and their work to anyone. If you get Craig as your first contact then you have cracked it, his insight and guidance through the process was invaluble to me the customer. I just hope Geobear know how good he is at looking after the customer.

Geo Bear were very efficient everything was moved to allow access to the ground work required work was done in 2 days then everything was returned to the original place from where it was removed the workers were polite and nothing was a bother M A FREEMAN

Extremely quick and efficient - the team were very considerate and personable, and showed wonderful commitment, especially given that one individual had to go to some unforeseen medical appointments around the work being done, but still attended to get the job completed. A very good experience all round, clearly people that take pride in their service.

The surveyor and on-site engineers were great but I had to keep calling them to get booked in.

We have been very impressed by the professionalism of the entire Geobear process. From inspections, to detailed quotes, to carrying out the work, to proper follow-up afterwards. The onsite crew kept us fully informed and worked fast and effectively to complete the project to provide a firm foundation under the brick walls of our large conservatory, which had moved due to subsidence.

The first agent contacted me once and then silence. Upon my chasing it up, a new agent contacted me and was on the ball. Quote did not change even when problems were discovered. Very neat and tidy and the crack in the wall all but disappeared. I am well pleased.

Professional service from planning to delivery, efficient staff, positive outcome, bay foundations were stabilised quickly, then lifted back into position with precision to the mm, inner and outer wall cracks closed during the process, has remained stable since.
