We had really bad subsidence on our property, we had GEOBEAR come round to inject our footings, they done a great job, really tidy & polite, & we got a ten year guarantee, & they were a lot cheaper & less messy then having normal underpinning or piling done.

A day late in starting the job, but once here the team went at it vigorously - however we had to leave mid job so unable to see the injection process. A laser camera was installed but have not been given the results- noticed that conservatory wall has pin holes where some 'markers' must have been fixed to assist the laser reading? Some brown stains left on conservatory wall which we trust will wash away. Job so tidy we weren't sure that the no of drills was as per secification given beforehand. Certainly the speed in which the job was done was impressive and just hope that it does what it said in the spec and the conservatory foundation is solid and permanent.

The team arrived on time, they were polite, efficient and very reassuring. They completed the work as they said they would and left the house as they found it with regards to tidiness and with the floor much improved. Thank you.

In fact, everyone from Geobear, initial engineer to the accounts department have been extremely pleasant and helpful to work with, would definitely recommend as a possible solution to stabilise a building from subsidence.

I had seasonal expansion and contraction of clay beneath the footings causing primarily external cracks to appear during dry conditions and disappear during wet conditions. The cause was the roots of an oak tree in the garden. I contacted Geobear and explained the problem. They gave me a comprehensive quote and explained the process. The work was carried as described by Geobear's professional team who were punctual, tidy and helpful.

I was extremely pleased with the work done to stabilise my conservatory. It was done efficiently and effectively despite poor weather. The improvement was visible immediately and I have considerable peace of mind now. The team working on the job were cheerful - always a bonus. I found the area manager particularly helpful. The only gripe I have (which does not impinge on the quality of the work) is the very long time it took to get the business underway. I made my first contact at the beginning of September and the work was done until February. Nevertheless, I am delighted I went with this company.
