He explained the process and the whole job format very well and the site visit was very thorough. Also the lead time for getting the job done would have been quick. The only drawback for me was that the cost was somewhat beyond my pocket at present.

We had subsidence at our house recently treated by Geobear,cannot fault the experience from start to end.Had a video call with Gavin the area manager to start with who looked at the problem we faced.From there testing began to find the cause of the subsidence and from there a treatment plan was devised which consisted of treatment in the interior and exterior of the house.Whilst the external and internal cracks we had haven't disappeared as a result of the treatment at least we know the cause of the subsidence is now fixed and thanks to Geobear's treatment the ground is now stable and with a lifespan over 200+ years we won't have to worry about the problem occuring again. If I could single out 2 members of staff at Geobear for a special mention it would be Gavin,area manager who has been with us through the whole process and his boss Craig who along with Gavin,did a site visit part way through the lead up to the "main event" of the treatment work taking place.If you decide to use Geobear to treat your subsidence rest assured from initial contact to the conclusion you will be in safe hands,I thoroughly recommend them

Professional team with great engineering and support which allows the ground team to adapt as site issues or conditions crop up. We use Geobear constantly for most of our ground improvement projects.

Having the foundations of your house strengthened is significant, both in terms of cost but also deciding who to trust to do the work. From the moment I approached Geobear they took the time to understand the situation and take me through the options available. These consultations gave me confidence to proceed and when their team came on site it was evident they knew what they were doing. There were cheaper options available but I’m confident we made the right decision going with Geobear.

A member of the Geobear team had visited previously to assess the problem and had explained the procedure and the intended result. His explanation was clear and understanding the procedure reduced my anxiety. The team of people arrived as planned and were friendly, professional and explained clearly what would happen. Professional Although ultimately the slab lifting service they provide would not have been the ideal solution to our issue - Gavin was both knowledgeable, attentive and a great ambassador for Geobear. We talked through various options objectively and I felt at the end of the online meeting all my questions had been answered to my satisfaction. I would recommend them.

Gavin was very thorough, went through all of my issues and explained in detail what was going on and how it could be rectified. Luckily it looks like there is no subsidence and therefore No involvement required by the company. There was no hard sell just helpful information on how to rectify the problems that I have. I can’t thank him enough for putting my mind at ease. Would certainly recommend.

All options to rectify our subsidence issues were carefully explained after the initial video survey and subsequent interactions handled satisfactorily, as was the geopolymer treatment itself. The preparatory requirements and the treatment itself are admittedly costly, but in fairness any other remedy would have been a good deal more expensive and time consuming.

From initial contact with Jon through to the crew arriving to carry out the work Geobear were very helpful and professional, Jon working through the problem and discussing the solution they could offer and the crew were very good and polite, especially the foreman who talked through what they would do and showing us progress at every stage. The floor has risen about 20mm or so and we are very happy with the outcome
