I was always kept informed about all aspects of the installation and was pleased with all the necessary works that were carried out. Phone call from Philip to say he could improve on my recent quote as they had ‘slots’ in my postcode. He passed me over to another dept who then said my recent quote was the best they could do! Waste of everyone’s time.

From the first contact with Rob Jubber to the ongoing support and after sales advice from the Maintenance Team who have been absolutely fabulous and patient the process has been smooth, stress-free and confidence building. I was recommended to Project Solar and I will certainly be recommending Project Solar myself.

Salesman appeared late, then proceeded to try and confuse us with incorrect information. "you are paying interest on your electricity bill"- utter rubbish. He went outside to look at the roof - didn't tell us how many panels would be installed. Fortunately we had received other quotes from various solar panel installers. It then came to him telling us how much it would cost as they are the best company using the best equipment !!!! £18,000 but would be reduced to £15,000 at which point I said goodbye. He thought he was talking to uninformed people, speaking a load of rubbish. AVOID this company as they try to con people into very expensive installations. ( over 225% more than a quote we had received)

The service has been excellent. Andy, the consultant was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything clearly and answered my questions, which I appreciated. He listened to my needs and tailored the system to meet them. Installation and scaffolder guys were first class too, very polite and kept me informed at all times. Good communication from office staff. I've been very impressed by the service.

Sort of stumbled on Project Solar by accident , but so glad I did. The whole experience has been really positive - from the sales info at the start, the cost, the finance choices, then the installation went super smoothly- v neat in a corner of the garage and the panels look great on the roof. Also lots of back office support to make it all run smoothly. Well done 👍

The whole process from start to completion of install was very smooth, well communicated and tidy. I went with project solar mainly because of the affordable payment options. The sales chap was pleasant and took his time to survey and explain the full process to me, for those wanting a ‘full’ survey, allow a good 3-4hrs to discuss the finer options and allow for correct measurements etc. The install guys are 3 x teams, scaffolders, the panel installers and the sparkies. Everyone left the area clean and tidy, the sparkies set up the app and gave a general run through once the device had come online (I have a battery on my system) You will become fixated at the moving dots/ lines on the flow of electricity!! I’m now connected to octopus flux and am also fascinated by how much I export… it’s not millions by any means but I’ve reduced my electricity usage from £25/month approx to £5/month approx and that’s before taking into consideration what octopus pay me for what they take. Highly recommended to anyone! The only minor niggle, the panels blocked the signal to my TV aerial in the roof. Once this was relocated to out from under the panels it was all ok and project solar compensated me for the aerials man’s labour. So 5 star overall granted.

From the sales approach, the following communication and the installation, this has been a very easy and slick process and I cannot recommend Project Solar highly enough. The attentiveness of all concerned has been outstanding and we feel very well looked after indeed and very happy with our new Solar installation.
