Very thorough and objective assessment of benefits by surveyor. The fitters did a tidy job with equipment that’s built to last. Very helpful at explaining how to monitor the system and the next steps. All email and phone contact with the company has been professional and I feel confident that we have gone with the right company and have invested wisely. The reviews have so far lived up to expectations.

We had a really good experience with project solar. Simon who came out & quoted us was professional & polite (and a huge fan of our cats 😆). The installation team were great too - they fitted the panels on the hottest day of the year but just cracked on with it. We’re saving a lot on our electricity bill, around 2/3rds right now but that will obviously change in the winter months.

Everything arrived as planed and the install team were brilliant. All certification/paperwork has been issued and I am now in contact with Octopus to get me changed over to the correct Flux tariff. All coms with head office has been faultless. I have no problem with recommending them and this I have done already to neighbours. If I was to be picky (very very picky) - then i would suggest that P/Solar issue clear designs relating to the layout of the proposed panels before installation on the roofs. The intended layout was not made clear to me in writing or as part of the proposal document so the final layout was agreed on site in conjunction with the brilliant install team and on the phone to Head Office. This could have been easily avoided in my view.

Sales reps knew their product and were confident in its quality and reliability. I had done extensive research into solar panels, their pros and cons and their responses satisfied me their product (including guarentees) was one of the best on the market. Interaction with head office and installations teams was seamless and prompt. Scaffolding team arrived as planned and were finished in a couple of hours, no fuss, no mess. Likewise the installation team arrived early morning as agreed and were finished in less than a day. Professional, tidy and polite. Head office were very slick and the required certificates and guarantees were emailed over very promptly. Overall my experience has been an excellent one and I would recommend Project Solar UK to anyone looking at installing solar panels. In a nutshell if you're looking to save money on your electricity bills and do something for the enviroment you won't go wrong with Project Solar UK - I'm not just saying this, I mean it!!!

The rep came to my house performed all calculations and designs with me, showing exactly what was achievable giving the financial breakdown before agreement with no pressure. A very quick and tidy turn around on the actual installation with continual communication.

Project Solar UK is great company to deal with, so far I had a positive experience with Jobin Jose sales advisor to the back office team(Donna/Emma/Jasmine) to installer team (3 guys, apologies forgot to grab their names).They installed solar panels to our property and managed the installation in a very professional manner from start to finish. Jobin who carried out the Survey ensured everything went smoothly throughout the installation and was very thorough in his communication throughout. Even after the installation he rang me and checked all ok and a day after he even visited our property to check everything went well and if we needed any support. Right from the moment we met Carl Pedler surveyor we knew we were in safe hands . He was full of knowledge and not in the least bit pushy . The fitting happened yesterday . and from the moment we met the team including Dave , Jenson , Charlie (electricians) we knew we were in safe hands . Alan and Archie fitted the solar panels and were equally efficient . After they left ,we were very pleased with the way in which our bungalow looked immaculate . Created a huge pest problem for a vulnerable customer. Misrepresented the product and covered up the downsides and risks then expects you to pay them to fix problems they are responsible for. Complaints process is useless and having to escalate now.

Project Solar were great & came & fitted our Solar Panels in the morning. By lunchtime everything was working. They were very efficient.
