Project Solar is brilliant for its Solar system and Pannels work together to produce and store effectively. The installation and after sales service good timely done.

Cost came through higher than other providers. The salesman was very pushy more focused on looking at reviews of other quoted companies than talking about their product.

From the beginning, everything was as it should be. The staff on the telephone were professional and clear and polite. The attention we received from the agent was brilliant and he explained everything by diagrams in language we could understand. We told him it was just an enquiry and that we didn't think we could afford it and he accepted that and in no way pushed us or coerced us into accepting the offer. The scaffolders were hardworking and on time both erecting and taking down the scaffolding. The men who installed the panels were thorough, professional and precise. It's been 1 year and 3 month since we've installed the solar panel and we keep on having issues with it such as when the batteries are fully 100 % it doesn't be used it keeps on taking from the grid power and we've already complained about it many times but no one has responded yet . Very very crap maintenance department.

Elias has explained every aspect of the solar panels with batteries. Elias answered all of my questions and we calculated roughly how much the solar panels will help my utility bills. Elias is very knowledgable. The installation went well. A group of young and very professional contractors arrived on time and finished the job in 4 hours just as they promised. They cleaned the area after themselves.

Service from Spencer the sales rep was excellent wry helpful and informative. The installation team were fast, neat, professional and very friendly. All together a very good experience start to finish.

Having been mulling solar panels over for a number of years we finally made a decision to see what was out there. The team from Project Solar came in and in a couple of hours we had agreed the type of installation we could have and what its overall economics would be. While I will probably not recover all costs in my lifetime, I do feel that I am doing a small part to lower my carbon footprint. I was incredibly impressed with the installation team as they got everything in and up and running EXACTLY as had been promised. The system itself is really cool and I can see what we are generating and where it is going and this makes me feel definitely supercilious!!! So if you are looking to go down this route I can highly recommended Project Solar.

Everthing went smoothly, from placing the order, through the installation, to the removal of the scaffolding. A slight delay in receiving all the documents afterwards meant that I couldn't set up the tariff as quickly as I would have liked. Otherwise a professional job all round.

It was all done so quickly - from the first phone call to the installation. They thought of everything and it was all sorted gif us - council permits, scaffolding everything. The team are so lovely and we felt really valued.

From start to finish we were kept fully informed We were told rep was going to be late, but that was ok. His in depth explanation set our minds at rest even to the point of looking in loft. The installers were exceptionally good and helpful even to our neighbour who maybe was going to purchase solar panels. The work was checked by us at every stage re the routing of boxes and wires, That is why I give them 5+ stars

How very bizarre. Asked for a quote for a self build am doing. Told 'we can't quote until you have lived in the house for a month and got a utility bill!'. Other companies have quoted so it's a shame to not be competitive.

I had solar and battery installed on 10/06/2024 from Project Solar UK. I have to say that the whole experience from start to finish was seamless. They were extremely professional in the way they behaved and carried out their work. I had numerous calls from the customer service/installation teams to explain the process and to keep me updated on the progress. Once installed they called me back to make sure everything ran smoothly and that I was happy with the work done, which I was. I loved the whole process of installing solar panels and a storage battery. Paul was so knowledgeable and encouraged me to ask lots of questions. The installation team were equally professional, arriving early, working quickly and leaving my property tidier than when they arrived! Paperwork arrived quickly and there were plenty of calls to check that everything was running smoothly for me. I'll definitely use them again if I ever move!
