Wow , what can i say outstanding service from the initial salesman to our install ! We had a gentleman called Helal Ali who came to our home he was very professional and knowledgeable he mentioned to us the best feed in tariff to go with and he also kept in touch with us through the whole process any questions we had he answered instantly, he also went out of his way to to provide us with bird protection on our install day as we didn’t want it at first but then we changed our mind 2 days before . I’m soo thankful that I went ahead helal squished all of our doubts and now we are not only covering our electricity but we are offsetting ur gas bills too . Installation of solar panels and battery from first contact to finishing installation took 2 weeks. Two chaps came to install 10 panels with battery, arrived on time and took less than 6 hours to complete. Very professional along the whole journey and now we have had no electricity bill to pay during the past 2 months, even making money on good days. Have recommended to people looking into solar energy.

The data they show is for ideal conditions. Probably we can workout what one can actually expect for your home in the current climatic conditions. It's couple of months now and it is going by my trajectory. Installation work was good. Difficult to comment about battery life now. On this basis I would recommend PSUK

The scaffolding and installation sub-contractors were absolutely professional and their work was flawless. Would thoroughly recommend them. The salesforce and follow up team prior to the installation were on the ball verging on the slightly pushy but I guess it is like double-glazing! The installation works extremely well surprisingly so in less than sparkling UK weather. From my back of the cigarette packet calculations it should recoup the cost in a handful of years. The battery installation is certainly worthwhile and I will shortly expand the capacity myself to increase flexibility. Real cost savings and makes up for my otherwise petrol head tendencies.

From start to finish the service was professional. The advice on how to set up the feed in tarrif was superb. You do not need to use Octopus Energy but you will get more savings if you do as they will optimise the battery charging times The installation took 1/2 a day. The two man installation team were excellent. They kept me fully informed of progress of the installation and the power interruption was kept to a minimum. When they left the place was so clean you would never have guessed they had been there!

We contacted project solar with a view to solar energy, 10 days later the Scaffolding went up on time and without any issues or disruption. Fitters arrived before 8 am the following day, consisting of a group of 4 young chaps who had driven up from Plymouth to somerset. After a quick survey of the building they commenced work. By 2 pm the 12 panels, inverter, battery and all relevant wiring had been completed. By 3pm the install had been commissioned and the app explained to us. Not one shred of mess left by the team( only a sink full of empty mugs🤣). The Devon and Cornwall electrical team were a credit to their company, polite, courteous and a liking for a hot beverage and cookies. They even found time to make a fuss of our over friendly boxer who was fascinated with them all. All in all i cannot find fault from start to finish. We have noticed a dramatic drop in grid usage on our smart meter which is good to see. Would recommend to anyone who is having doubts as everything is taken care of.

The process has been made extremely easy and straightforward from initial contact (no hard-sell, simply a reporting of national newspaper reviews) to survey to installation has been less than 2 weeks: panels are up and producing above average amounts of electricity already. As someone who expects a lot I can honestly say these guys met the expectations. From sales to follow up conversations. I was left to make my decision without being hounded. Then when I made the decision, everything was quick, and exactly as I was explained it would be. All trades persons were polite, accommodating and pleasant. From the time I said yes, everything was completed within 1 week, and I had regular updates from Project Solar. I am now watching my system from the palm of my hand do exactly what they said it would do. Great job all round

Great company to work with. From the 1st consultation with James everything was istalled & completed within 2 weeks.

I had my solar panels installed on 19 April, install was good except feed from loft to garage cable left visible, different route than agreed with surveyor. Install team were good and explained everything else. Solar panels look good. Install took 1.5 hours on average I am now 98% self sufficient. And generating 40to 50% extra power which will counteract gas costs. MCS certificate came back after three weeks, which allowed Octopus to put us on Export tariff. Still waiting for E98 form. So rating is good.

Whole process done very quickly and on time, possibly not the cheapest but certainly 100% reliable
