The team, from initial enquiry, surveyor, scaffolding and installers have all been super professional, friendly and helpful. We are one day in and already feeding unused electricity back to the Grid! The install took 3.5 hours to complete with panels, batteries, inverter and cabling. Everything was explained as they went along and I could see how much energy was being produced at the end through the app

Gave all the information I needed from the start and communication was great. Any issues, no matter how small, were dealt with quickly. Everything installed cleanly and working great!

Project Solar installed 8 solar panels, Fox inverter and Fox 8KW battery in May 2024. The installation was professionally installed. The installers cabling work was neat and very discreet. Documentation provided was very informative and I was able to review technical information on performances of each component. The installers explained how my system worked and how to use the system app to obtain statistical information on my system performance which I use on a daily basis. I would certainly recommend Project Solar.

From start to finish I felt like I was being looked after, protected if you will. Even after installation an external company visited to ensure the installation was done accurately. That's just 1 I remember clearly. There were phone calls too to find out if I was happy with the work carried out. I am a great believer in 'you get what you pay for'. In other words don't fall for 'false economy' by going to a cheaper provider. Then it goes without saying I save at least 125% on my bills. Enough said, job done and dusted. 👌🏾

I found out about project solar from instagram and I filled in a quick form online and to be honest forgot about it about a week later I had a call and we arranged a meeting, which I did more out of curiosity. When mark arrived he was very friendly knew his stuff and wasn’t pushy in the slightest he took down his measurements required and showed us what it would look like on his laptop then when through the figures that we could expect from the set up we had chosen, we decided to go for it and set a date in motion to get it. A couple of days before the installation date we had the scaffolders round who were very efficient and professional, the day of the installation went great all the guys were really friendly and done the work to a great standard and it was absolutely horrifically hot out there on that day so I have nothing but respect to them all for enduring that heat. The app they’ve provided is very easy to use and spells out everything u need to know. We are looking forward to receiving the last of the documents so we can move over to the octopus flux and maximise financially from it. The whole process was smooth from arranging visit of representative to installation and after. Good customer support. Easy to get through to person at office. Neatly installed according to schedule and site left tidy. Scaffolding removed on day of installation! Installed late spring, self sufficient in electricity since!

Good communication before the install. Good quality install with friendly installers who explained everything well.

I installed the solar panels + batteries around 2 months ago. The products from PS aren't cheap they are more expensive than many others but I paid for the confidence that tomorrow they aren't going to be bankrupt. - The system works fine. During the first 2 weeks, I had an issue with some weird consumption from the grid when the battery was full. PS tuned up the system and the issue disappeared. - The support team is very easy to reach I never waited more than a couple of minutes - I got all my certificates within a couple of weeks, that was really quick but as far as I understand I got lucky. Overall I'm quite satisfied. They did the work very well.

From first contact with Project Solar we had a great experience. Firstly very professional and helpful giving advice as we progressed through the first introduction to solar. Secondly advice and costs for the installation including time scale for the installation and how it would be fitted in my property. Overhaul the installation is very efficient and I am very pleased with my system. I would recommend Project Solar to all.

Project Solar fitted our solar panels 2 years ago; the panels have worked well throughout that period. Today I reported the 'firmware' problem with our Invertor to the Maintenance Dept. I spoke to Charlotte F. After checking her system, she precisely identified the software problem and organised the repair efficiently. We were back to full capacity within an hour.
