Ordered a lovely pair of trousers from your website I'd seen in your Holt shop. I received an email from HQ just checking the colour selection which I thought was very good. I was visiting Holt, Norfolk and saw a beautiful jumper in the window. Knowing that Holt is generally an expensive little town I didn’t go in to look, but I really liked the jumper. My husband persuaded me to go back the following day to look. I’m so glad I did. Price was reasonable and the ladies who served us were really friendly. I bought my jumper and a little bag and then visited the ‘outlet’ shop and bought a beautiful pair of trousers. Two days later I went back for the jumper in a different colour! I love this shop and it will be my go to shop when I’m back in Norfolk.

Friendly, helpful staff member in the lovely Southwold shop, even though it was about to close as I walked in. Thank you for the personal touch. Love the fuschia jumper ( already have the blue version) and both much admired by others, so I always signpost them to T&G online!

Really like the choice of clothes in the shop. Have been to two of the branches in Woodbridge and Southwold and all the staff are very helpful,cheerful and competent. Makes for a very lovely experience and good that there's online as well.

As a lady of a certain age you get to a point in your life where you still want to look amazing but on a reasonable budget, Tilley and Grace are one of the Companies that ticks all those boxes. Their clothes are beautifully made, they cater for ladies who love their curves and those who would rather hide them and I absolutely love their website. All their items come wrapped like Christmas Gifts and delivery is super quick. Highly recommend this Company. 5 Stars 🤩

Lovely stuff in the main shop. Staff friendly and helpful as per usual. Unfortunately I couldn’t find anything I liked. Different story across the road at the discount shop. Found several lovely items. Again, staff very helpful. A pleasant shopping experience.

I bought a beautiful mohair jumper in emerald green. The staff in the Woodbridge shop were fantastic and I wanted to buy loads. I don’t live in the area so I will be shopping online but it won’t be the same as the in-store experience.

Great customer service, fantastic items, beautifully packaged and quick delivery . I bought a gorgeous pashmina at a really good price. It’s so beautiful…so I bought three more as gifts!!! Highly recommend and will certainly be buying again .

The Sloane handbag in pink was sold out on line. I telephoned so see if it would be coming back in stock. Mollie kindly offered to see if it was available in one of their stores. Luckily one was available so she arranged an invoice to be emailed to me so that I could complete the purchase. I am very pleased with the bag and customer service. Thanks.
