I was having a weekend break in Holt and called into the Holt outlet store, I bought two items and my friend bought another two. Lots of colour, helpful knowledgeable staff. I phoned a few days later to see if I could get an item in another colour, once again very helpful. And then I came back to Holt with my husband for the day (we live in Cambridgeshire) and both had a great day shopping. Bought six more items from both T&G shops. Holt is amazing for independent shops anyhow, let alone at Christmas with the lights . Nowhere quite like it.

Great customer service! I wanted a purse in the forest green colour but this was unfortunately out of stock. The salesperson checked when more stock would be delivered and put one aside for me, and called to let me know it was in. Lovely quality 🙂

I popped into the Holt branch on 6th December just as the shop was opening for the day. I was looking for something for my wife as I happened to have picked her name out of the hat for our works 'Secret Santa'. She loves T&G having predominantly shopped at your Southwold branch but she just loves all the colour and styles. I have to say, the two ladies working that day were brilliant, just as I find the ladies who work in Southwold. Helpful, full of suggestions about what goes with what and in general, two very lovely people. A great experience and one, no doubt, my wife will be wanting to check out by visiting the Holt branch in the New Year. Thank You!

I'm a long-time shopper with Tilley and Grace, and love their bright, attractive stores, full of beautiful and original good quality procucts .I often pop into the Aldeburgh store to have a browse. On my most recent visit, I popped in to purchase a birthday gift for my mum. The lady in the shop was super helpful and friendly, and on hearing it was a gift, popped the jewellery item into a gift box for me. I will continue to be a regular customer at this lovely shop, and I can thoroughly recommend this store to others as an all-round great shopping experience.

Visited the Aldeburgh store. The service couldn’t have been better, bought the most beautiful leather handbag and strap after a lovely consultation with the shop assistant. I bought it as a gift but I am very tempted to keep it 🤣
