Hello My previous T&G orders have always gone smoothly but not this time sadly. I ordered two rings from you early last week (1st of October I think) and they still haven't arrived. Unfortunately my computer also had a meltdown around the same time and I lost some emails including my order and yours to say the rings were on the way. Nice friendly shop in Holt with a great variety of stock and colours. easy to find matching bags and jewellery etc and sensibly priced. Staff were helpful and items nicely wrapped.

Lovely shop in Aldeburgh, the staff were so helpful and found a dress for me in the colour I was after, perfect shape easy to wear and reasonable cost. I was very happy with the service, lovely colours coming in for winter I will visit again,

This lovely shop, in Holt Norfolk, with different clothes and accessories is well worth a browse & return. It’s easy to see many lovely designs, colours and ideas. Service was superb. I went into your Holt store to see if they had a bag that I had seen in Southwold a few weeks before. And they didn’t have any but immediately looked it up on their system to find that they had no more. But they had a different colour one at head office which I brought. It arrived the day after. Visited the store in Holt with my daughters we purchased lots of lovely items however we were all sold on the Leopard Print Cardigan ! We have purchased three of these so far and am sure we will be buying the remaining colours we are missing !! I cannot express to you the quality and softness of these cardigans and everyone comments when any of us are wearing one ! Superb shop great items and friendly welcoming staff ! Online purchase was very efficient also thanks see you again soon !

I cannot praise Mollie at Tilly and Grace enough for the excellent customer service she provided. I ordered a stunning leather bag via PayPal, there was an issue with T&G getting the payment so Mollie kindly refunded the item and re-invoiced me so I could pay direct. She kept me informed at all times and the bad arrived just 2 days later.

I bought pashminas from Tilley and Grace which were really lovely and incredibly reasonably priced. The service was brilliant.

I love their stretch trousers and vibrant colours, the trousers are very comfortable and can look elegant too, I cannot wait for next summers colours . I usually buy them from Woodbridge but this time I bought online, all good except that I had to return one because I did not like it and unlike other online shopping I had to pay £5 for a tracked return. Customer service people are very kind. Also very reasonably priced

What a find this company was! We were in Southwold and saw the shop on the corner. The beautifully laid out window display looked so colourful that I had to pop in. The staff were friendly and inviting and once I had shown interest in a few items, they were pointing out others for me to try - without being pushy or over selling, just helpful. I bought several things and they were all very reasonably priced. They told me that they sold online too so I signed up immediately and have since bought again from the website. I wish there was a shop nearer me but then again I hope you never lose your exclusivity!

Found this shop on holiday last year so was determined to visit if we came back to Norfolk. We holidayed again and a trip to Holt was scheduled in. I purchased a bag and lovely leather glasses cases. One for my sunglasses and the other two as Christmas presents. I love this shop, the staff are very friendly. I plan to look online for my next purchases. I gained loyalty points so well worth my purchases.
