Tilley and Grace have a loyalty points system online. Not only was my purchase cheaper than another online retailer but it was even cheaper with the points reward ! Payment was an easy process, and the item was delivered quickly. Very happy customer thank you 😊

We shopped in both stores at Aldeburgh & Southwold & were wowed by the lovely stock & the staff member in each store who served us We helped a friend choose new, more suitable styles of clothing, she bought 5 garments with which she is delighted (she needed our help & the assistant's help!!) & also indulged ourselves So sorry there was no time left to revisit the same week whilst we were in Suffolk

It was my first time of visiting Tilley and Grace - What a great experience! There were so many lovely clothes and bags, the quality and choice of colours are beautiful and the staff were lovely, not pushy at all.

Very disappointed. I was about to purchase an item but noticed a flaw. The assistant ordered me another one and when I got it home there were 3 more flaws

I and two friends were shopping in Woodbridge and had a little wander into Tilley and Grace. The lady in the store was very pleasant and not pushy at all. I did buy a pair of trousers and have been very happy with my purchase.

Lovely welcoming lady who allowed us to look around with no obligation to buy. The shop is very well presented with lovely colour matching outfits which would make finding an outfit less stressful. The quality of the clothing and jewellery are excellent and affordabl.

Was on holiday, and was made to feel so welcome in the shop in Woodbridge. There were other customers and it was such a lovely atmosphere. Excellent staff.

Friendly, helpful and courteous service- clothes shopping is not my favourite thing, but I feel so confident when I shop at Tilley and Grace. Will be my favourite go to clothes shop. Thank you.😊
