Been a fan since Lockdown and have visited the Holt shop on many occasions. Very customer friendly and I LOVE their handbags! I have 4 including the lates Brontë in silver which is gorgeous!

Popped into the Woodbridge shop Welcomed by two lovely friendly ladies and then met with a beautiful colourful collection of clothes good quality material and such soft fabrics, my lovely husband treated me to two jumpers as I couldn’t choose from the colours I liked so we got both, thank you it’s always a good shopping experience in all of your shops 😊

Great shops in Aldeburgh and Southwold ,helpful staff as well priced ladies clothing and handbags. Will be making a visit to my local shop in Holt in the next couple of weeks.

Love going to this shop in Southwold or in Aldeburgh. The clothes are arranged in order of lovely bright colours. And the ladies are so helpful and very friendly, but never pushy. I go there just to look sometimes but always find something that I just love. I also like the one size that fits all!

Visited the Southwold store with a friend. Such a warm welcome, loads of gorgeous stock, resulting in multiple purchases for us both. Love my items now I’ve got them home. Planning to return soon!

Loved the jumpsuit but it just did not suit me. I contacted Tilley and was given instructions to return for a full refund. Couldn’t have been easier Just really sorry outfit didn’t suit as material and style was lovely

Had to take back a pair of shorts (sale item) as realised they were too big. Despite being outside the ‘return’ time T & G agreed to take back into stock and gave me a gift voucher. They didn’t need to have done this so I was very pleased. Lovely shops (Holt and Southwold) and great service.

A wonderful explosion of colour greeted me on my recent visit, every section coordinated. There is always a friendly greeting from staff on entering. I saw an item I had purchased before but in an unusual colour, very.plessed with my purchase. Will visit again when next in Southwold. Exciting to know that Tilley & Grace are now on line 😊
