Instructions to bypass printer default settings, that should have come with the inks because of the printer "not recognizing " the cartridges, we're not available to me until after I panicked and called the support number, would have saved me the call and stressful moment had they accompanied the ink cartridges. A lot of time could be saved by simply sanding along a printed version of the email I finally received with "how to" get around the obvious "proprietary " ink settings set by Epson. But... I ultimately ended up being a happy camper, so all's well that ends well.

I am thrilled with the price and quality of ink I bought from 499ink. I will be dealing with this company forever. I use to buy from stores that over charged. Thanks 499!

Color cartridge did not work tried several times to get it going shook it rattled inside broke garbage. Asked for a replacement or for full refund waiting for a response. Nothing yet!

I'm just so glad I found 499inks. It saves me a lot if I purchased the Canon cartridges for my printer. I had problems with them recognizing my Kodak printer but am hapy I now have the Canon. Ordering was easy and shipment receivved quickly.

I bought three black and 1 color ink cartridges. The first black cartridge did not work correctly - it smeared on everything I tried to copy/print. The second one i tried works like a gem. I'm not sure if this is what to expect from refurbished ink cartridges, but the price is right. Hopefully the other ones work right.

I have been using 499inks for about a year and have been very happy with it. The prices are great and I have had no problems with the ink. I have an HP Officejet 6500.

Worked out of the box and at a fraction of the cost of a genuine Epson rip off ink cartridge.

I have received many great cartridges but others that don't work. I try to keep a supply on hand so by the time I discovered the bad ones it was too late to return. My most recent order was incorrect and I am waiting for black cartridges. The verdict is still out.

I was a bit leery the 1st time I ordered from here about how low the prices were and at what quality of ink&cartridges I would receive..I was very surprised upon using my 1st order almost a year ago at just how good the ink/print job just was; very impressed! You have me as a customer now:)

Been shopping with 499ink nearly a year for our office printers. Ink is as good as original full price retail. Ordering / service / website clear and easy. Delivery speedy. Price? Incredible! Wouldn't think of buying from anyplace else!

The HP color cartridges ordered: 78 and 23 did NOT work. THE 78 produced no color - everything came out black and the 23 was tinted blue with pink hues. A call to customer support got me Patrick who wanted me to bandaid fix them with a wet paper towel. Then sensing my pronounced frustration, asked me to scan them and send the photos to their email support address -which I have done and have received no reply.

Works very well on HP C7280; no problems at all with printer accepting the cartridges and printing quite nice colors that mix well with original HP inks.
