Ink cartridges worked just great with my Kodak printer and made very fine pictures.Very fast delivery!Would recommend to anybody seeking discount priced ink cartridges.

I tried all the options that the instructions provided. I spent the whole day trying to get my printer to accept the inks. My Epson printer never accepted them and I ended up throwing them away. There was no problem with the seller - very polite, but my Epson just wouldn't use the inks.

Will not work no matter how many times you turn off and on and/or plug and unplug....Keeps saying cart not recognized. Cart error on the left side....????

I purchased a brother laser jet printer and needed a new drum. I reasearced and fround 499 to be the best price for the the drum. They shipped the drum it arrived in a timely manner and was the same orignall product. It was a great experiecne . I got a great product at a great price in a timely maner

Only complaint- ink filled at lower elevation "explodes" when I open it at Denver altitude. I lose ink and have a stained carpet.

Site is very easy to use and the ink was at my door step three days before I really expected and the shipping was FREE!!!

Have a Brother MFC-J470DW printer that my worker found on the net as the least expensive in replacing the 4 ink colors required. These ink wells resulted in my firm not getting the empty wells refilled but instead getting from your firm a new foreign well that was filled to it's capacity. Your order was delivered promptly and your employees were proficient in taking the order, we do not know yet how well they will work in the future but the cursory tests went well. I need information concerning the "LC101 Standard well" vs the "LC103 High Yield well"- need the actual volume of these 2 types and the cost in supplying these two types of filled wells to me in the quantity such that no shipping charge ensues. 2 cartridges arrived damaged! One leaked inside of package and other missing gold dots not recognizable by printer. This was a total waste of money. I want a full refund of purchase including postage wasted but no one answers me.

I have an EPSON WF-7610. Needless to say, the ink cartridges are prohibitively expensive, EXCEPT, from 499INKS. My first yellow cartridge worked fine. Thanks, Bob Moll

They had the ink I needed for $4.99 each. They shipped and arrived within a week and I put them in my Epson printer. They worked great! They also lasted longer than the previous Epson ink I bought. I will continue using 499 inks and would highly recommend them to others!

First time that I ordered from this company. Process not very nimble. Took them about 5 days to process the order and another week for delivery. Other office product suppliers take a lot less time. Plus, the first laser cartridge I opened was covered with toner dust. Had to wipe it clean before installing. Cartridge works fine, pages were clean after about the 4th printed page. No ongoing issues with print quality. Other than packing materials in the individual cartridge box, there was no other packing material in the shipping container/box that the cartridges came in.

You'll get an excellent cartridge at an excellent price with 499 Inks. Been a satisfied customer for quite a while. I wouldn't think of buying my cartridges anywhere else.

I am not satisfied with my order. It does not work. And I don't see any phone number or contact information on your paperwork. I emailed support asking for a refund. They said I needed to contact the company I ordered it from. How am I supposed to do that? I want my money back please.

I use your inks and like the quality and price. I have no complaints about the ink cartridges I have used.

i buy from 499inks because of the price, the speed which my orders arrive, and the occasional incentive to buy at even less cost.
