STARTED OUT GREAT , AFTER I PRINTED 4 PAGES THE PRINT GOT VARY BLURRY, NEED TO STOP THE PRINT . WHET ON THE CLEAN CARTRIDGE , OND STILL THE PROBLEM IS THERE. IS THERE SOME OTHER THING TO DO TOFIX THIS.

I bought it and had 7 people buy now try it out this is too good to be true but amazingly this it's a really good ink delivered very fast and it's very cheap I mean what else is there to say I'm never shopin anywhere for the ink

I purchase two, one for a cannon, the other for our lexmark. The cannon works but was a little leaky at first (black fingertips) The lexmark does not work at all. I am disappointed, had hoped you would work as our office supplier.

Ink arrived very quick. Packaged nicely. Plugged right into printer and was recognized without issue. Haven't used my printer at this time though.

I will honestly say that I was nervouse about ordering ink for my printer online from someone I had never dealt with before....BUT everything was perfect!! Way-way too expensive for the average person to attend (or invest in). Have attended 3 games at Santa Clara, but cannot afford to continue to attend - so all tickets for home games will be auctioned off.

I went online a saw there website. I put in the type of c printer I have. It prompted me to order the color and black ink. So I ordered 3 black and 1 color. I received my order over a week later. I loaded the black ink with no issues. Then the color. The color showed an error . I called and eventually was told I ordered the wrong ink # and they don't accept returns or do credit. I told the the man I only ordered what I was prompted to order. He said it didn't matter. To feel free to order the right one. I love that the ink is in-expensive. But the customer service man wasn't very nice and when I asked for the manager I was told he wasn't at his desk and he may not come back today so don't bother calling back. So now I have a ink cartridge that I can't use, can't return and paid $5 for.

annoyed that one of my four cartridges was "protected". I googled and tried every suggestion but nothing worked had to go out to store and buy full price HP one.

I have to say I was impressed with the fact the ink was $4.99, plus how quickly it arrived. It was good quality, worked absolutely fine. Im thankful, ink prices are out of control, I don't have $70 dollars a pop to spend on ink. Will use them often.

1st cartridge I used wouldn't fit and I had to trim it to get it to fit in printer.

MY PAID FOR ORDER (#21986) INCLUDED 10 CARTRIDGES. I ONLY RECEIVED 8. THE TWO H 97 CARTRIDGES WERE MISSING. I E-MAILED MANY TIMES TO COMPANY AND CALLED. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE MAILED. IT'S NOW BEEN TWO WEEKS WITH NO H 97 CARTRIDGES!!! I'M 80 YEARS OLD AND NOT VERY TECH SAVY. ANYTHING YOU CAN DO TO HELP ME WOULD BE APPREACIATED. THANK YOU FROM AN OLD FOGIE.

Product works even though software in printer does not recognize ink capacity. Shipped on time. Material arrived in clean condition about the same as I would pay for retail.

I placed the wrong order. Right away I wrote 49 and explained the mistake I made no what I needed to correct my mistake. My email was answered promptly and a new order was developed by 49 without a hitch. Thank you 49 for the communication I hoped for.
