Had a few cliches like others had previously stated, but didn't remember then til i own the package and ink dripped all over my hands, then on the floor (oh my). This could have been bad, but it happened to drip on a binder below me and not on the carpet. God was watching out for me! It also caused it to stop printing directly from internet pages. However, for this price, I was determined to figure it out...and I did. If you're like me, you want and expect your ink to last and this one has.

FAST, PROMPT SERVICE AT GREAT PRICES

I received my inks in a timely fashion. It is too early to tell you whether or not I am satisfied with the product, as I have not used any of the cartridges yet. *Update: I have now been using 499inks for quite some time and find their products, prices, and punctuality are all spot on.

I did initially have trouble loading the ink cartridges, as I misunderstood the instructions. I had thought that the "top" peel away seal would be removed last, but when I had not removed that seal and instead removed the lower plastic cap, on two of the inks I was loading, I had a considerable amount of ink leak all over my hands. On the third ink I did remove the upper seal first, followed by the lower cap, then there was no leakage. I was loading a HP photosmart premium (touch screen) and it did warn me that the ink was not "HP" and would then not allow me to go further, so I had to remove the power cable to reboot the printer and did eventually recognize that the cartridges had been replaced and that all ink levels were at full. I have used the printer for normal printing (all is good), but as yet I have not tried to print a photograph.

I have been paying through the nose for Epson printer ink cartridges. Finally found 499inks.com and had to try it. Figured I wouldn't be out much if they didn't work. I just loaded the 499inks cartridges and they work just fine. I'm sold!
