I have an HP Printer that uses both color and black ink. Every time I need to purchase ink for this printer, it cost $$; even at the big box stores. I usually need to spend from $17.00 to $45.00 each time (combo pack). Even if I get my black ink cartridge refilled, it still cost me over $7-$8 dollars. I now have a new place to purchase my ink cartridges - 499inks and each black ink cartridge only cost me $4.99, even cheaper than refilling. I ordered five black cartridges and even got free shipping... such a deal.

I purchased 10 cartdriges and the ink is good, however, one of the cartdriges does not work.

I put in all the cartridges that I had just ordered (Jan 2nd) and only the black cartridge is not usable. It will not do anything; Contacted support with 499inks.com they sent me an email to follow to troubleshoot the printer. I did those steps and still does not work. Now I'm having to go out and BUY a cartridge for the one not working. How do I get my money back.??????

The black ink cartridge did not fit our machine.

Printer rejects the cartridges by sending an "out of paper" message to the computer...I have followed the included instructions with no success.

I have just installed the color cartridges I ordered and they appear to be working fine. Very fast service. completely satisfied

I purchased 499inks.com cartridges for our condo office printer. So far they seem to be working quite well. They are sure a lot cheaper than the other remanufactured cartridges I was purchasing and work just as well.

This was my first experience using recycled cartridges for my printer. The price couldn't be beat! It was cheaper than Costco! The cartridges arrived very quickly and shipping was free! I just installed them and they work fine. Providing they continue to work in the future, I would reorder from 499inks.com.

First time dealing with 499inks. Very impressed. Used to go to big box retailers for my ink refills, got this one for $10 cheaper. Only took 4 days to get my refill in the mail. I know where I will get my NEXT refill from!

Ordered TWO COLOR CARTRIDGES. ONE WAS DAMAGED. I contacted company be email and phoned several times, leaving a messsge for a call back. No response but I was contacted by them for my opinion of their service. I wouldn't from them again. u . ZZA
