All communication I received was clear and friendly. The black spot removal is a great service, and includes the product you would have to buy to do it yourself, so also good value. Lee was excellent and worked really hard in the heat on the Wednesday when he did my cleaning.

Quick response to order and the removal of black spots and staining was excellent especially as it was used on 20 year old sandstone.

My wife and I are very pleased with the result. Ricky from Black Spot did arrive a little late due to heavy traffic, but he advised us on the day that he was running late. The job that he did was very professional and the results are superb. The patio looks as though it was laid yesterday. Although expensive the overall result is great.

A first class product, received within 48 hours of ordering. I couldn't fault the company at all. Ordering direct was straightforward and the item was despatched on the same day. We purchased the product because it was rated highly by the RHS and we were not disappointed. Having tried other products previously to get rid of black spot on natural stone paving we decided to try this one even though it was more expensive. It worked perfectly and exactly in accordance with the instructions. Once completed the patio looked exactly as it did when first installed. It was certainly worth the cost and I would not use anything else now.

Dreadful. Delivery was due within 2 to 3 days. 3 weeks later it’s not been received so tried to cancel the order and I’ve had no response at all from customer services. Extremely disappointed.

The company was fast and efficient at sending the remover out. The product did work, but the coverage was far less than was stated - we had to use twice as much to cover the area.

The transformation of the patio was nothing short of remarkable and has received many favourable comments. Unfortunately the chemicals used and the spray from the power washer killed a number of the plants at the edges and a little way into the adjacent flowerbeds. PBSR refunded us £50 by way of compensation but as many of the plants had only recently been planted and had been difficult to source it was not possible to replace like for like.

They came when they said and did a very thorough job on our large terrace and were very attentive and helpful. The treatment is expensive but it works. The only downside is that it kills the plants it comes into contact with in the adjacent beds and because of using high pressure washers the terrace needed re-pointing as it was originally pointed with easy joint which can't take high pressure hosing

The product though expensive compared to others on the market does actually do the job. As a result this is the second year I have bought and used this product. There is another product for use just before winter which I need to try as this may obviate the need to use the black spot remover every year

James kept us fully informed both on the timing of and progress during the treatment. He recommended a ferrous removal treatment in addition to the Black Spot removal as we had fertiliser/rust marks in addition. The double treatment was an astounding success (due to the quality of the products and James's attention to detail) and literally restored our black and green mint sandstone pavers to their original glory - I hadn't even realised that they had quartz flecks in them that now twinkle in the sun! His patient careful work, problem solving and outstanding customer service were a joy. Throughout he also responded quickly to messages and sought to minimise the overall cost as well!
