The overall area of my patio is around 40m2 and the slabs had become both dirty and widely covered with black spots. Jet washing alone did not remove the black spots. I bought two 4L bottles and applied Black Spot Remover exactly as per instructions and in addition to clean the paving slabs, all the black spots have been removed. A number of slabs required a second application because they were so badly covered in black spots but that did the trick. The 8L I bought was sufficient for my needs. Quite satisfying to buy something that actually does what it says it can do.

Fabulous product, made our pale sandstone patio and block-paving driveway look new. Applied by two lovely lads who were very professional. Great comms with the office too - all-round they have a very professional set-up and it was totally worth the money. Not something to be taken for granted!

The Black Spot Removal Co. did a splendid job removing the black spot from our patio and a moss/algal sheen and minor weed growth on our North facing resin bound driveway. Both have been restored and look as good as when they were installed in 2017. We will have both treated with preventer on a regular basis to keep them looking that way. The before and after pictures on the website and in adverts for the company and products are no exaggeration of the transformation that was achieved.

It removed the slippery black spot slime but the spray drift damaged the plant foliage. We did not protect from spray drift. We will use it again.

The product does work (if quite expensive). The preventer also removed the small amount of red and green algae that appeared on our patio over the winter. There has been no reoccurrence of the black spot which was removed by the black spot treatment last year. The order was delivered on time.

A pricey product, but it works beautifully!

This is a wonderful product, did an amazing job on some 12 year old block paving on our driveway. It is very costly compared to others on the market but we were keen to use a product with the least environmental impact.

The product works well, but at around £60 for 4 litres it’s very expensive. Sodium Hypochlorite at £20 for 5 litres is better value and does as good a job. NOT PET FRIENDLY THOUGH

Really impressed with this Patio Black Spot Removal. The patio is just like new! Have already recommended to a couple of friends.

The product was really easy to apply and worked brilliantly - our patio is wonderful again. Just don't forget that this is a preventer, not a treatment. If you have blackspot already, it's best to use the remover the first year, and to follow up annually with the preventer.
