Black spot did what it said on the label , Spots were pretty old but they are now mostly gone

Easy to apply. Brilliant effect . Bit costly for hypochlorite and wetting agent but it actually works. No real complaints. It does the job !!!!!!!! Previously scepticle

I initially only tried this as there was an 10% discount offer from the RHS. Having pressure washed my patio every year for decades, I can't even remember when it stopped coming up 'clean'. The patio itself is crazy paving, so you can tell how old it is (1980's). I thought I had nothing to lose, so I only ordered one bottle. I made sure I read up online, and watched some videos on exactly how to apply it... and within quite literally minutes of application, I could see a change. However, I duly followed the instructions leaving it to fully cure before washing it off. But, I could not believe the difference! I took before and after photos (because I had anticipated I would only see a small difference), but I am so happy to be proved wrong. I immediately went online and ordered another 5 bottles (it doesn't go as far as you think it will - if you apply the recommended amount). I have since shown my photos to anyone who will look, and everyone agrees that my paving looks like new. I am so impressed!!! Delivery is free, and I got my order within 3 days. In this day and age of everyone being so quick to jump online to be publicly critical, I felt I should offer a fair balance. One word of caution however, make sure that when you apply it, you wear old clothes, as it will discolour them!

Didn’t get rid of all black spot even after 2nd lot

The fluid cleaned the slabs up nicely and a lot of colour was restored to them too, but a lot of black spots remained and still remained after 2 coverages. This is too expensive to having to keep buying more cartons to try to get rid of the black spots completely, if it ever would. Halve the price and I might try.

I didn’t really believe the before and after photos but I managed to convert a 14 year old North facing patio from a black and green mess into one literally looking like brand new - only 4 stars though because it needed 3-5 coats to get the job done and that meant that it got rather expensive.

Did not remove ingrained black spots as hoped for

Excellent service and excellent results. The patio and driveway look as good as they did 15years ago when they were laid.

A first class job which left our drive as good as new.

We were impressed. Last year, the black spots on the Indian Sanstone stubbornly stayed. In fact when the patio slabs were cleaned they possibly looked even more noticeable. This year, “hello black spot patio cleaner”, and surprise, surprise virtually all gone at first treatment. The smell in the following days was distinctly of bleach. But in the week after the slabs were treated they looked even brighter and the remaining black spots faded significantly. It is expensive, but hey it works!

Delivery was very quick. The product arrived within days of ordering. Having used the product some years before, I was confident it would do the job and, as expected, it did. Once again I was amazed at how easily applied and effective the product is. Highly recommended.
